With a previous order, we suffered a minor problem, which Dibor handled very well, offering us free shipping on our next order. Unfortunately, the free-shipping code can't be provided on-line, only over the phone, and Dibor list only a premium rate (0871) number, even in the BT phone book. So (read more)

Having never left a review before I am that upset with the service received by this company that I felt I had to warn others about it. I ordered several items totalling over £300. I anticipated these arriving swiftly. After a week I started chasing delivery and was fobbed off by numerous uninterested support staff. They are not reliable. I was waiting for my order more then month and when i got it it was just half of i wanted. The other half they could not send because they could not guarantee a delivery date. After more then month of waiting. They have really nice things but i would never order or never recommend them to anyone. (read more)

Great products, completely different from anything available on the high street. A little dearer but prepared to pay as products are so nice.
Bit disappointed with delivery, although despatched quickly delivery was mixed up and mine went to wrong address, then when driver did arrive I was given somebody else's parcel. Driver realised as I was about to chase after him and all was rectified. (read more)

Very bad customer service... Ordered twice... First time the delivery guys where not able to install the cupboard on first floor, had to help them doing it ! Second time we waited more than a month for our item. Called 5 times, each time the person on the phoen told us sorry nobody is delivering in your area at the moment. Then we asked for a refund and 5 minutes later they could arrange delivery... Very poor site.... (read more)

I think the items offered are unusual, attractive and well made. I enjoy choosing the items and although delivery on one item was longer than at first expected, I was kept informed and the parcel arrived before the last suggested date. I have no hesitation in showing off the items and recommending Dibor to my friends. (read more)

Excellent product and service, the only complaint I have is with the website it's self, which has a long winded registration process before you can buy, the text size is minuscule, so Dibor get yourselves a new webmaster,and drag your site into the 21st century, to make your customers shopping experience pleasurable instead of frustrating,and slow.You have lovely products but the shopping experience is dire. Excellent service recieved order within 7days, and the product is better than expected.I will be letting friends and family know about DIBOR.

Products are lovely. Recently purchased kitchen vegetable basket. Looks beautiful in a country kitchen. Service very good. Would thoroughly recommend, although can be quite pricey. (read more)

I have ordered twice before from Dibor and I have just placed a third order.
So far I have been extremely pleased with all items received, (Antique door bell, cheese grater, Acorn door wedges, Vintage Heart Jewel Decoration, AMORE sign...).
I did not have to wait long to receive my items, and they were as expected if not better.
I love the "sale" section, and the "seconds" section as well.

I have bought many items from Dibor in the past: I mostly like them when they arrive, but even with discounts they are still pricey and, in the end, not such good value for money. But, the biggest issue is this 28 working days delivery time-frame. I shop on-line all the time and this is the worst delivery period I have come across. Fantastic customer service. Kept informed of order by email and text sent when my order was out. I live in a rural area and my house is hard to find so having a box for additional info for the driver was great. The courier company Dibor use are really good. The driver rang me as per my instructions when I placed the order so was able to find my house quite easily. The clock was beautiful and looks better than online.
Will be using again and recommdending to friends and family. (read more)

This shop has no respect to customers or think about "improving" customer service. Website is not updated at realtime, when "I" phoned them to confirm the order, they told me that one of items are out of stock "nothing we can do" attitude. Then they told me that my order was cancelled. I'v never seen any shops cancelling orders without telling the customer!? Their customer service is so poor, I bet they should move the whole customer service to out of UK! (read more)
