... very convenient to the airport, secure parking, straightforward process. receptionist was nice, shuttle driver to the airport was friendly and pleasant, lady driver on return was ... well, the exact opposite. no pleasantries and the only word uttered was "name!". the shuttle service is run by ilovemeetandgreet. can't really penalise APH for the lady driver's attitude. one portaloo on site!
