DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Oh my god i wish i had seen these reviews before I gave these sharks £500.

Treadmill did not work. Customer service is non-existing. Fobbed of with "ill call you back" never happened. Then they just stopped asnwering my calls.

Finally got my money back when i arrived at there office:

I then bought from Sport & Leisure UK LTD, who were about £30 more expensive for a similar model. But it worked and customer service was 200% better than Treadmill Superstore.

They are Rubbish! We have taken treadmill superstore to the county court and they still won't return our money or take back the treadmill. The treadmill has never worked, the engineer has been sent out twice and can't mend it, and even he has said it unrepairable! We have spent pounds and pounds trying to contact them and they always say " someone will phone you back" or "someone will contact you to have the treadmill collected", it never happens!!! They are cowboys trying to make an easy buck, ...

Don't touch treadmill superstor with a barge pole! I received my treadmill in May, it's never worked and so far I have been sent three different parts but no instructions, I have taken advice and have been told that as I am not an engineer I should not been messing about changing electrical parts!
I have given my mobile number for somebody to call me but nothing, no replies to my numerous emails either.
I think they make their money by selling faulty goods!

Treadmill superstore were fantastic! I had some delivery issues due to living in the shetland islands but TS where only too happy to arrange delivery! The product i recieved was great and is now helping me lose those extra few summer pounds!! I would recommend them to anyone!

OMG - wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order for a treadmill with www.treadmillsuperstore.co.uk. Have had exactly the same issues as most people here have encountered. I purchased the NFD01 model at £499.99. Initially they responded within a couple of days when I reported the treadmill as being faulty (it has never worked). I bought a treadmill from treadmill superstore in May 2009, it arrived on time and I assembled it and it never worked, I had to constantly phone them and after many dodgy excuses they sent out a part to fix it, the engineer came out to install it but it was the wrong part, then after numerous more phone calls, two new parts were sent, the engineer came installed them, it still didnt work.......now I dont know what to do, I have cancer and this treadmill was supposed to be part of my recovery pro ...

just a few words for those who have purchased a treadmill from treadmill superstore.we purchased a treadmill in late feb 2009 the incline motor stopped working after the first day they sent me a new motor a few weeks later and still did not work, after numerous phone calls on a 0870 number and a few weeks later they sent a new printed circuit, and then another couple of weeks went by they sent an egineer who was very good but confirmed that the part was the wrong one.we then insisted that treadm ...

A disgusting company. Please, please please do not buy anything from Treadmill Superstore. We purchased a treadmill in april which arrived faulty and still is. The treadmill has only been used once. Things are now getting ugly as it was near £500.00 we spent. We are determined to get our money back. Trading Standards have been informed and we will be taking this company who hide behind the computer to court!!!!!!!!

I looked around for quite some time before deciding on the NFD01 treadmill from the above site (treadmill superstore). It arrived on time in the 2-4 days stated and I'm very happy with the treadmill. Much bigger and better than expected.

please please do not buy from treadmill superstore. i bought a treadmill which when assembled we discovered it was faulty. the calorie counter is faulty and ipod connection. they will not answer any emails or even the telephone. i will be going to the citizens advice bureau to seek advice

The treadmill we ordered from Treadmill Superstore arrived but was faulty. The calorie counter doesnt work and the ipod connection is rubbish. They wont answer to any emails or telephone calls. Absolutely rubbish.

I purchased a treadmill from Treadmill Superstore last October 08, it arrived damaged and I am still waiting for the part in June 09!!! I have sent over 100 emails which they do not answer. I have also made over 200 phone-calls and all you get is music! They have got to be the worsy company in the world. They just do not care and ignore you completely.

Do not buy from treadmill superstore, I bought a treadmill back in February, it arrived damaged they said they would send a part out and I still haven't recieved it 4 months later!!!
No one will speak to you on the phone and every time they email they say it will be coming in the post soon.
I have asked time and time again for some one to contact me, but no one does, so I have now put it in the hands of trading standards.

Treadmill Superstore are the worst. they sent me a faulty treadmill and now they refuse to pick it up and refund my money!
they hardly pick up the phone, respond to emails, their customer service is extremely poor

15 months ago I bought a treadmill from treadmill super store, I must admit that I was concerned at the time that the prices they were selling at were to good to be true, but having seen a unit in the flesh I was convinced that I should part with my hard earned cash.

disgusting customer service from treadmillsuperstore, no one will phone me I have to contact and speak to them through email.
The treadmill was delivered damaged this was around 5-6 weeks ago, no one seems to be bothered, they won't replace it and keep sying they are sending out a part, which I refuse to fit as I have been advised by consumer direct. they are only interested in taking the money!!!

Treadmill Superstore is an easy to use site, fairly detailed information. Fully satisfied with my NFD01 treadmill. Slight delay on delivery but this was quickly rectified and extra warranty offered as compensation.

Happy with my treadmill, decent price and no complaints with the service so far.
