Good Points: None
Bad Points: Bedframe and mattress poor.
General comments: Frame returned twice to Dreams, and Mattress costing £500+ (although brought in sale for £300.00+) within 14 months springs totally gone and dents in bed and springs poking through. Dreams changed the bedframe after a lot of hassle as it was within 1 year, but when complained about the state of the matress was told sorry cannot help its over a year, you should have taken out insurance! This was a couple of weeks over the year. Writing to the company and phoning to no avail. And I am now having to payout for a new mattress (not from dreams). Very disappointed.
