I too bought a camera from these people thinking by their address that they were a UK company.The goods were priced very very 'right'.It was only when I started looking for their address to work out delivery delay that I came across these "horror tales".I did try and cancel but then found out the horrific penalties so cancelled that and just accepted that I'd been taken by an internet crook.Then as I read the various warning letters I noticed that every now and then there was a "good" letter.I then noticed that previous complainers suddenly seem to stop writing and warning everyone?I wondered why ,had they maybe received their goods (maybe a bit late sure) and then not had the decency to maybe apologise for things said?.Anyway after about three weeks out of the blue I received a DHL shipping invoice number and immeadiately followed my camera online all the way from Los Angeles to delivery at my front door in London.THese people ARE SERIOUSLY IN NEED OF A GOOD BIT OF PR WORK!!is all

Purchased panasonic lumix camera for £227 received the non uk version differant model number and looks like used or reconditioned goods, will need a 230v adaptor before I can try it. also have e-mailed twice over past two weeks to company to complain. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY Currently looks like I too like many others have been caught by this dispicable bunch of people. yes ! I was also caught by this US company masquerading as a UK company by using a UK domain. My hopes at this stage are pinned on Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act and the liability of my credit card company. The provisions of Section 75 also apply to overseas transaction. I shall wait and see.

I concur with almost every email on this website. This company are absolute, diabolical crooks. The only reason I have given them one star for everything is that I couldn't submit the review on this site otherwise. NOTE TO REVIEW CENTRE: We should be able to submit NO STARS.

Do not use this website. We ordered and paid for an Acer Netbook in August which never arrived. Cancellation was eventually confirmed but despite numerous emails bouncing back & forth across the Atlantic with ludicrous excuses, it has taken two months and official complaints filed to the BBB and FTC in the USA to finally get a refund. I have been duped by this site i have not got my money yet. Its almost a month since i have cancelled my order as they took a month . i got tired of their waiting and cancelled my order and i havent got my money yet.
It was a birthday gift for my brother.
I still dont get it. why this site comes in UK website and. the very first thing they do is take the money from your account but dont give the service.
If i have the power i would sue them and shut down down this site

I am currently waiting for a Panasonic Lumix digital camera which was meant to be here last week as a suprise present for a friend who is going traveling. Four emails and no correspondence has left me with no other option but to buy one from Amazon. £20 more but with next day delivery, I wish I took this root in the first place.

I had already spent my money with Bitesize Deals by the time I read the poor reviews. Ordered Sunday 25th Oct. After 2 working days my order's status on their website had not changed (not dispatched) so I sent an enquiring email as to why. What a terrible company, they pretend to be in the UK. No goods arrive and whan you cancel they dont send you the money. After 2 months of emails we told them we were reporting to Visa and did just that. Money refunded!!!!
Cant imagine how these people operate outside the law.

Please please please, do the search you should do PRIOR to using these modern day BANDITS!!
They are all and more that people have reported!
They have a SCAM going that needs shutting down!
You buy, then told there's a delay, then it starts from there!
They ignore your mail, they say there systems are down and refund is being processed manually, they ignore you more, then say it again, and they ignore you more!!
Surely there is some governing body in the states that can look into these crooks?!? ...

Anyone wishing to buy goods through Bite Size Deals should seriously consider the implications before going ahead.
Having read the reviews and through personal bitter experience, trading with this company seems to follow a distinct pattern.
1. Goods are shown 'In stock' with delivery promised between 5-7 days
2. Credit cards are debited immediately the company receives your on-line order
3. The goods are NOT in stock but you will not be told unless you pursue the order when they fail to deliver ...

Bought a camera, panicked when I read these reviews afterwards, cancelled the order, had change of heart and wrote an email saying I wanted to proceed (figured i had nothing to lose as money had already been taken). Received a prompt email back saying no problem and camera arrived within days!!
There must obviously be other success stories but not everyone writes the good reviews!

DO NO USE THIS SITE.

THEY SELL GOODS THEY DONT STOCK AND KEEP THE MONEY FOR UP TO 30 DAYS.
MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED ( BECOUSE THE DIDNT HAVE THE STOCK) AND STILL WAITING MY REFUND AFTER 6 WEEKS!

I ordered some software from Bitesize as it was over £100 cheaper than Amazon. After reading the reviews on here I was concerned, however most people seemed to have problems getting refunds, therefore I decided to wait it out and see if my item ever arrived.
