So I phoned Sony (PSP manufacturer) and they have informed me my PSP is from America and is not covered by UK warranty so they cannot exchange it. I bought from Bitesize as I like lots of other people who have written reviews were duped into thinking this was a british company selling british goods. The camera has developed a fault but Panasonic are refusing to repair it under warranty as it does not carry CE mark.
