Ordered a Lumix TZ7 last christmas, arrived in good condition, on time. Less than a year later with light use the im getting error messages and the zoom will not work.
The camera does not have an CE mark and therefore no UK warranty. There seems to be no way to get in touch with the company.
Avoid website!
Why i didn't check the reviews of this website before purchase.....?
Pay those few pounds more and buy from a recognised website!!!!!

So I phoned Sony (PSP manufacturer) and they have informed me my PSP is from America and is not covered by UK warranty so they cannot exchange it. I bought from Bitesize as I like lots of other people who have written reviews were duped into thinking this was a british company selling british goods. Now stuck with a PSP which doesn't play... I bought a camera from this company not knowing it wasn't based in the UK. The camera has developed a fault but Panasonic are refusing to repair it under warranty as it does not carry CE mark. Had this been identified prior to purchase I would not have bought from this site. I am still awaiting a reply from Bitesize regarding the warranty and what they are going to do about the fault. I feel the camera was mis-sold under a .co.uk address with a one year warranty which appears not to be valid. (read more)

Rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order for some software in January and then read some worrying internet reviews. So I cancelled my order within 7 days.
It's now end of May and I am still waiting for a refund. I just keep getting emails with pathetic excuses about why they cannot refund any money (eg credit card system not working!).
In my opinion this is company is a scam. Pity there isn't an option to rate them zero out of five.

GOOGLE SEARCH THIS COMPANY to view the hundreds of complaints. My card was charged on the day of my order even though the goods were not in stock. I have been told that this is illegal! Later cancellation by agreement had a promise of a refund - 3 months and many emails later no money!

If you had negative stars this company would qualify. They claim to be UK based but are USA based. They sent a broken camera so the on time delivery is pretty irrelevant. I caontacted Cannon whoi recognised the fault and siad the camer must be returned to the supplier. Bitesizedeals have taken months to respond and then demanded 75 pounds for returning the product (a Cannon camera) which they then claimed had no fault!! I ordered 2 cameras on 16th December 2009, guaranteed Christmas delivery - after several emails and a phone call they admitted the items were out of stock and the order was cancelled on 22nd December.
