We have used A2B a couple of times now. Our latest was from Albufeira to Faro airport. We got an ordinary taxi from the airport to the marina it cost €56. We remembered we had used A2B previously for a shuttle transfer and they were ok on time and not too many pick ups any delays were caused by people not being ready! When arriving after buying speedy shuttle, I waited over and hour and 45 minutes for a van, then once in the van we waits a further 40 minutes!!! I was told that if I wanted a quick service I should have ordered a 'VIP" trip!!! Yet I only had the option of speedy shuttle as the quickest (and most expensive)! Worst transfer I've ever been on from Palma airport to Alcudia. From the time I boarded the coach to the time I got off it was 3hours for a 45minute journey. Longer than the flight journey. One big coach going to three different resorts, terrible! Would never use again or recommend (read more)

I canceled booking for transfer to hotel at A2B transfers one month before travel. Price for booking was 22 euros. I got a message that they are happy to say that I will not need to add additional money, because I canceled booking, even if I should? A group of us went to mallorca april 22 april . the transfer took longer than the flight.Got on bus 12 midnight got hotel at 3 in the morning which should of took 55 minutes.The driver went of to be ill in toilets for half hour. We were collected upon arrival, however although I was aware that we would have a shared transfer, I did not expect to wait with my children in the middle of the night for over an hour for the next flight to arrive so that they could transfer two more passengers!!! The transfer failed show. After waiting 30 mins we called and were told that the driver was on his way. HE NEVER DID SHOW UP. I Contacted AGAIN all numbers , some just rang and rang and when i did get though was a man who didnt understand and no one helped. WE were left stranded by a2b in feurteventura after our return transfer never showed up... they told us to get a taxi and would refund us.. no refund after loads of e-mails , phone calls etc even though we had reciepts, supporting letter from hotel staff etc.. travel republic were not interested either.. My wife and I were to be picked up from the Lanzarote Paradise hotel at 10.15 am 23rd dec 2012 for airport return, transport did not arrive so after 45 mins. we called the emergency number ( Sunday ) and were told the bus had called at the hotel but we were not there ( wrong ) but it would turn round and come back for us ( wrong again ) we ended up getting a taxi to the airport for 25 Euros. Myself & my daughter have used A2B several times throughout the years (Not through choice, I may add) however the experience we had last year (June-July 2012) has ensured that we will go out of our way to NOT use them again. - Our transfer was supposed to arrive at 8pm. A2B were contracted by Travel Republic to collect us from the Girona airport and to take us to Arinsal, Andora, and of course the return leg. The paperwork from A2B stated that pick up would be to "meet your flight at 18:50". Pick up from Palma was ok once we had located the correct desk until we got on the bus, then sat for over an hour waiting for other flights to arrive. I have booked my transfers through Travel Republic for the last 4 years and up till this year have not had a problem. On my arrival in June we left the airport after approximately 20 minutes which was great but it appeared that the driver did not know exactly where any of the hotels were for the 4 drops before mine. My transfer was arranged with this company. My hand luggage was left on the transfer bus. My husband and I were the last people to be dropped off in the early hours of the morning. I phoned the next day twice and when I eventually spoke to a gentleman he was extremely rude and asked if I did not understand English and he hung up the phone. My taxi arrived 95 minutes late! To get me to the airport before the gate closed the taxi was driven in an unsafe manner and reaching speeds twice the road limits. The driver still managed to talk on his mobile phone whilst driving with one hand on the wheel. In addition the vehicle used was no more than a converted van with seats bolted to the flooring none of which had a seat belt. On arrival, the rep was where she said would be, yet could not speak a great amount of English, never the less, we got on our coach with in half hour of meeting her and managed to get to the hotel hassle free to enjoy our holiday. Ok when we arrived at Faro airport- a little slow in getting our mini-bus but nothing out of the ordinary. Confirmed return time the day before and agreed a revised time with them as didnt feel that suggested time was early enough. Academic really as they never turned up! This company is a joke, we arrived at the airport, no one was there to meet us, so we had to find our own way to the bus. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was fine. Due to road closure the Transfer bus dropped us off at the top of a hill and we had to make our way down to the hotel.
We waited 1/2 hr for transfer to take us back to the Alicante Airport and the transfer did not turn up we had to pay 80 Euros.
Not a very reliable services, will not use them again.

I booked the shuttle from Antalya airport to the resort. It should take around 2 hours, in total it took 4 and a quarter hours. It was made worst by the fact that a lot of the passangers had been drinking and the rep insisted on selling them more beer and allowing them off the bus for cigarette breaks at every stop. A2Btransfers is only an agency not a service provider. They take your money and then the local agency cannot provide the service and they refuse to refund. Booked a transfer from Meloneras GC to the airport, a twenty-minute bus ride but, to leave a little later than the bus at 7.20 pm, was prepared for a longer travel time. Used A2B on a recent trip to Egypt , rep met us in the arrivals lounge and then met us and others using A2B after baggage claim, he then took us out to the coaches ,at this point we did have to remind him that we had paid for a private transfer, as his intention was to put us on a coach with about 8-10 other groups. he immediately sorted another minibus that took us straight away.
