    We originally paid for next day delivery of the matresses, however, the next day after ordering we received a telephone call saying that the beds were currently out of stock. They advised us that they would get them delivered within the next two days and this actually occurred. When I contacted customer services regarding the additional delivery charges I incurred for opting for next day delivery they were incredibly helpful and said that they would give a full refund immediately. Beds R Us have been great throughout the whole ordering process and subsequent contact regarding refunds.

    The main problem was the delivery dates, it stated 7-10 working days when I ordered and after three weeks, a host of different reasons why it was late and a revised delivery date of 5 weeks after order I cancelled.

    The Bedz R Us chap I spoke to was not happy about me giving some customer feedback and instead blamed his suppliers. Not a very professional company IMO.

    The refund was prompt though!

    My experience with Bedz R Us was awful. Their prices are OK: a tiny bit less than their competitors but that saving proved NOT to be worth it. Communication was poor. They didn't reply to emails and constantly made promises of delivery which in retrospect they clearly could not have expected to meet. They failed to return my calls despite promises to. They just fobbed me off over and over and gave me incorrect information about the status of my order and delivery. So I ended up waiting many, man ...

    Beds looked OK and decent value on the site. But after that it's all bad news I'm afraid. From the off Bedz R Us were slow to reply to questions and wouldn't provide a delivery date. Clearly the phrase "In Stock" is a relative term. After many weeks we received a faulty item. Attempts to get this resolved were met with days of waiting for a reply. When the replies came they just kept saying they were awaiting delivery.

    Bedz R Us has friendly service. excellent bed and also good advice given. Very friendly delivery driver. It really isn't worth visiting the showrooms in my opinion, there aren't many beds there. Most of them you have to order 'unseen' from a brochure or the computer. However the advice given was really good and the salesman seemed to be keen to help.     Bedz R Us- very competitive prices. We ordered a bed from them and were promised 7-10 days delivery time, but had to chase them for 2 months until we finally got the bed - without the tent, which should have been included. We have now received everything, but would not recommend this company!! Not very good customer service.
