A large group of us (more than 15) went to Oceana Watford last night, and got in for £7.50 with wristbands (would have been 10). After everyone paying and going in to have a good night, they wouldn't let my friend in because he had white shoes on. Granted, they were white, and they looked trainer-like (though they were not trainers). This is despite many others getting in with the same sort of footwear. I am a regular raver in Watford town centre and have been to Oceana many of times. This was not to say that it was good,because I think it's actually boring rammed with mostly teenagers. Most staff have a disgusting attitude and are quick to call the bouncers if THEY have an issue with you. That could mean you paying your entrance money which is roughly 10 to 15 pounds (personally I wouldn't pay anymore than that to rave in a place like Oceana)getting to the bar, and depending on whether... personally disagree with most of the comments..dj jez welham was good all night, took all requests and made sure to play them. overall was an amazing night, despite waiting half hour for que jump and the length of the bar que...yes the dance floor was small, but surely that makes it seem more crowded and adds to the atmosphere? overall good night, 4 star rating & staff were helpful if you were sober!! great night out! :-) (read more)

1. Very crowded. They should have a limit to how many people should enter.

2. Not advisable for single women to visit due to all the nasty pervs lucking around, touching bums and grazing against them.

3.Very disgusting state of the club due to all the puke which had not been cleaned up.

Full of Chav's. Door/bar staff are very unfriendly - one of the door staff spat on someone's face!!

Music is OK but the girl's look like dog's but think they're all that 9however one of these dog's flashed her vagina to the whole floor and then her mate did a poo).

Overall satisfaction emaciation.

Oceana. Ultra modern and excellent sound and lighting! Too many unnessary bars.
Main dance floor is too small as a result.
Good night out although it was better as Destiny although it was dated the layout was much better. (read more)
