The staff were very helpful, dilivery arrived on time and i think I saved some money. They even disposed of my old machine was only £15. They made it very easy and certainly recommend them

although their website was a little more difficult to use than some others, the price was by far the best. the guys on the phone was really helpful and seemed to know what they were talking about which makes a change; and the delivery was on time within my allocated three hour window. would reccommend The Appliance Warehouse.

The Bosch washing machine I originally ordered from The Appliance Warehouse was out of stock which although I was a little dissappointed with, I was expecting it as I'd already had the same problem elsewhere. But a girl phoned me and offered an alternative AEG model which WAS in stock and came with a free five year guarantee.

I was really pleased with the service I got from The Appliance Warehouse. They gave me a great price which was over £80 cheaper than any other price I was offered. I wanted all of the items delivered at the same time that my kitchen was being delivered and they held my appliances in their warehouse until I was ready.

I have now ordered a sink and tap from them too.
Great work guys, keep it up!

My husband and i ordered a hotpoint quadrio fridge freezer from the Appliance Warehouse on the 30th of June and we have only just had it delivered on the 26th of August, we were told when we ordered it that delivery would take 2 weeks when we heard nothing we phoned and they gave us another date then another until we had 4 provisional dates booked for it to be delivered they all came and went and all the time it was us phoning them, not once did they phone us to apologise but kept telling us it ...

I too have had a terrible experience with The Appliance Warehouse. I received a faulty oven which they initially told me to try and repair myself or get the Kitchen fitter to try!!! When they finally agreed to give me a refund they wanted to charge me for collection and retain £40.00 for the multi-buy discount they had given me. We have spent most of two weeks on the phone to The Appliance Warehouse several times daily (and got cut off almost every time). First they couldn't process our payment. Then despite their website saying delivery takes an average of 5.1 days they had us down for delivery two weeks later - but when we threatened to cancel the order they were miraculously able to make it arrive next day. Even then they nearly delivered to the wrong address, and didn't take away the old fridge despite us paying for ...

I ordered a new Zannusi Double Oven on the 8th November but was told they only had 'Graded' in stock, at over £100 less and they convinced me that little or no evidence can be seen as to why they have been graded. Furthermore, I was offered a 14-day money back and an immediate return via the delivery van if I rejected it. It was nice to speak to someone who could give me proper advice and wasn't just interested in selling an extended warranty (Comet - take heed!). If you call them with the product you want, they say they can find a very similar model but save you lots. Very helpful.

I paid for the item I bought of The Appliance Warehouse with credit card. A week later I'd heard nothing so I rang them. I was told that I would be e-mailed with a delivery date within the next two days. After another week of hearing nothing I rang again. I was told that the item had now been declared 'obsolete' but I could be supplied with the new version which was identical in every way.
