    I order a ring adapter for flashes on 1st of May 2009.
    Sent them en email on 25th May because I hadn't received my order that was apparently in stock.
    Having received no reply from them, I sent them another email threatening to cancel my order on 29th May 2009. I received a reply on 2nd June 2009 saying that the product wasn't in stock because it was new but it would be "very soon". By that time the website had been changed to show status "10 days delivery".
    Sent them an email on 30th October 2009 asking for a refund.
    As of 9th November 2009, I haven't even received a reply.
    DO NOT buy from these people.

    Inaccurate stock status and poor telephone support. I placed an order for a couple of light stands that were apparently in stock then later on the same day I checked the order online and it had a status of 'backordered'. I telephoned their helpline the next morning and was told that the items were in stock and would be dispatched that day.     Used Jacobs Digital online ordering to order 2 hoya filters skylight filters. Received one no problem, was told the other was out of stock and would receive it as soon as it came in. 1 month passed, various emails asking when it was going to be dispatched. No reply other than call the sales team, finally got a phone call to say the item had been deleted and the closest one to it would be another 12.00.     Ordered a Nikon 50mm AF-S 1.4 lens on the basis that the store's web site showed the item was in stock. On placing the order, I received an email from their payment service confirming the payment but no order confirmation from the store directly.     I ordered a camera lens by phone from Jacobs Digital on 1-10-08. I was told it was in stock and I paid extra for "express delivery". I stated I was leaving on holiday on 5 Oct and was assured I would have it by then. The next day I got an e-mail to say it wasn't in stock and I'd be informed when it was available.
