If you want to have a hassle-free purchase, avoid this company at all costs! Although I now have my TV I was left sweating for more than 2 weeks before it finally arrived. Nobody at the company wanted to know about my concerns and just when I thought that I might have to resort to legal action,(they already had my money), it suddenly arrived. It took another 2 weeks before the 3 year warranty arrived. Avoid!!!

ElectroSaver's after sales service is non existent spent £2800 on Bose sound system. cant get installation engineer to get in touch about technical problems.All promise no action once theyve got the cash

Rude, Unhelpful. ElectroSaver dont deliver and dont refund avoid like the plague, I am amazed trading standards has not closed them down

ElectroSaver take your money within 24 hours of ordering.
they are rude.
they don't refund when they say they will.
they still have my money

Ordered a Sony KDL32P3000 through the ElectroSaver website as it was advertised as their 'deal of the week'. Despite taking my £400 immediately they have never initiated contact with me once. I did receive a delivery date once, no surprise nothing came. I have raised this company with West Yorkshire Trading Standards, and would advise anyone with any similar issues to do the same. All I have left is to institute a claim through the small claims court to get my money back.

I initially placed the order and 4 weeks later the TV still was not in, although it was still advertised on the website. No-one from the company had contacted me during this time; I wonder if I had not contacted them whether I would have been updated by Electrosaver. I accepted a similar one as I was told no more would be coming in of the type ordered. This arrived without batteries and I think this was not a new one as it would not automatically tune in. Ordered TV from ElectroSaver on 18th Feb 09 was told I would be contacted for delivery in 7 days, rang them 3 times to be told delay of another week each time and phone put down on me several times. Cancelled order on 6th March waiting for refund on credit card 3 weeks later!

Ordered a Tv 5 weeks ago from ElectroSaver was told each week I would be contacted to arrange delivery, they never rang. Phone put down on me many times and cancelled order still waiting 3 weeks later for credit card to be refunded.

I purchased a Sony KDL40V4000 TV from ElectroSaver on 03/01/09, it was meant to be in stock. They took money straight away and we were informed 5-10 working days for delivery via email. After 13 working days NO TV. Sent email asking why delivery was late and new ETA on delivery. NO REPLY. Started calling them and told out of stock should have it in next week. This went on for 4 another four weeks with same story. Eventually give up and cancelled order 18/02/09. Was told 5 working days for refund ...

Will go to Amazon in future. Ordered item from ElectroSaver only to find out on day of delivery no stock. next time item was meant to be delivered no item . they were unable to track item via courier1. When we rang them had phone put down on us many times.
