“Never Again! Run!”

10/5/2016 I will never return to the Quality Inn again; I STRONGLY suggest you don’t either!! My friend had nowhere to stay last night and little money, so I rented a room for her with my credit card at the Quality Inn located at: 2720 NASA Parkway, Seabrook, TX 77586. I told the front deskman that I was renting it for someone else; he said that was no problem. I gave him all my info and gave me the confirmation number. The next morning the manager, Moses Rediwala, called her room threatening to call the police if she didn’t pay cash or supply the credit card on file. Upon hearing of this from my sobbing friend, I called Moses to try to fix the situation. He was EXTREMELY rude and pompous about his position that she and I were committing a crime and threatened to call the police if I was not there in less than 4 minutes. He told me if she did not produce cash or a credit card immediately, he would have her arrested. When she tried to give him what cash she had, he abusively chastised her for interrupting our phone conversation. When I arrived, he loudly continued to try to justify his terrible behavior and atrocious customer service, and would scarcely let me speak at all. I had to ask him multiple times for the required form, before he stopped his self-important raving long enough to give it to me. At no time did he call and let me know that I needed to sign a form to rent a room for someone else, even though he had my phone number. Instead, he proceeded to threaten and bully my young friend, treating her like an indigent criminal. He stated repeatedly that she was his daughter age, as if that was relevant; I seriously doubt he would allow someone to treat his daughter this abusively. In my entire life, I have never met a hotel manager more inept at customer service. I am astounded and astonished that the Quality Inn Corporation wants an arrogant jerk like this to represent their company, given his severe narcissistic power and control issues and SHOCKING unprofessionalism. I will never go back again. Run from this place!!!

“Trick or treats ”

The quality inn at northgate Sacramento sucks they tricked us into booking a king suite and said they were pet friendly. Then when we got here they tried to kick us out of the room saying our pets couldn't stay. When we couldn't make arrangements and tried to leave the manager said she was still going to charge us the night. Even though they said PET FRIENDLY after a while she agreed to charge us 25 dollar non refundable despoit down graded us to a crappy room for the same price.. So we ended up paying 125 plus tax for one of the shitest rooms in the hotel... TRICKS on you TREATS for them

“Old & Expensive”

This hotel is from 1975 and never updated. The dresser had been broken and put back together with a screw in the side of it. Bathroom had ants. Located on a very noisy road. For the price $94 - not worth it.

“Old”

This motel is not up to the usual standards of Quality Inns. It very definitely needs upgrades and maintenance. Good breakfast, however. Very much overpriced for the quality.
