    I also wish i had read this before ordering a fila jumper of them, this jumper cost £60. i have rung the customer service line numerous amount of times and failed to get an answer of them to find out were it actually is. i have payed for the next day delivery, i made my order on saturday afternoon, it still hasnt arrived. very poor service. never again.

    Oh dear.... I wish I had read some reviews of this website before ordering some jeans. I placed an order last week on Friday for delivery Saturday, safe to say the jeans are a no show as yet. I've sent them a couple of emails over the weekend and today but yet to receive a reply.

    It's my first(and last)order with Zucci and can't see me going back to this muppet outfit ever again.

    Will the jeans show up? I very much doubt it going on other peoples experiences. If they don't there will be a s*** ...

    I ordered 2 Lyle & Scott T shirts and the money was debited straight away and I got an e-mail confirmation. Fine... I realised that I needed to change the delivery option (I ordered it on Friday to be delivered on Saturday - but they set my delivery for a week on Saturday as it wasn't clear).. I tried to ring them, never answered, I e-mailed them, no response... I then tried to contact them every day to make sure the delivery was going to arrive on the Saturday and I had the same issues.     Complete and utter joke of a company, I would strongly reccommend anyone even thinking of ordering any items from these to simply not bother.
    If you do order anything just hope and pray you don't need to return it.
    I've been waiting for a refund now for over 2 weeks, they're quick enough to take the money from your bank account but it seems don't want to give it back.
    Lucky for me they are local to my home address so if I don't have my money back by the end of this week I will take a little trip ...

    I was thinking twice about ordering from Zucci after reading the reviews but decided to give them a chance. I ordered yesterday at 2.30pm and it arrived this morning at 8am perfect condition service good so I assume people who have been pleased with this company don't bother to review it. It also states on the website that stock can occasionally be wrong because they supply some stores as well but there is the option to ring the customer service to double check product in stock before ordering.

    I would never shop with zuccionline again. Iam still waiting for a refund for an item that Isent back three weeks ago. I have tried to call them, but there is never anyone at the end of the phone - Ihave tried all the extensions, and keep getting put back to the main menu. I have emailed them on several occasions and had no replies at all. They took the money from my credit card as soon as the order was placed, but there has been no response to my request for a refund.     Would never shop with zuccionline again and the experiences with their online store has put me off ever shopping in the retail store again.
    Can't seem to get in touch over the phone. Never seem to get a response to emails. People in store are not very helpful either in my opinion. Debit money without having the goods in stock. Seems to Take months to get a refund.

    It may be well worth you trying to get hold of the boss there as he really is a nice guy. I met him briefly at a store but he is based at the web office.

    I ordered a tshirt for my husband on 11th december as a christmas present, the money was debited from my account immediately and I still have received no shirt! I paid additional for next day delivery, the girl in the shop said that the courier had not turned up to collect, the orders are dealt with at the warehouse and the BT lines are down so i cant speak to them!     I ordered a top off zuccionline.com for a christmas present. i ordered it at the beginning of december. i received one e-mail saying that my order was final and then a second saying sorry it was out of stock. The money was debited from my account! there is no contact number for them on the website. i do not recommend them to anyone. if anything i will be complaining and taking this further.

    2 weeks later after ordering from Zucci - no delivery of items. payment debited straight from account but still shows on website that i have not paid! after emailing several times and calling them i still am having no luck, the person i spoke to at the shop says they cannot help because internet orders are dealt with at the warehouse and they cannot give me the warehouse phone number! i feel i have received awful service from Zuccionline.co.uk.

    Not recommended in the slightest, the whole service was pathetic. The only bit they managed to do within a reasonable amount of time was process the money from my account! I do not recommend shopping online there! Not worth it, it wasn't even any cheaper.

    I ordered 2 dresses, they sent one, charged for the two and said i should contact them via email on their website to request an alternative with 20% off or a refund....6 emails later from me and I have still not received a response, it's been two weeks. I have since checked my bank account and they have put through a second transaction for over £100 on my card, unauthorised by me, on my debit card, therefore I have ended up paying nearly £200 for one dress which was £30!     I am having exactly the same problem. I ordered a coat for £90 over 4 weeks ago now. They offered me a refund or a 20% discount. We exchanged various other emails, until I asked for a refund...I never heard from them again. I have sent about 8 emails, and even filled in there 'contact us' forms on their website (I even filled in different names to get them contact me), but again have received no reply yet.

    After searching on the internet I found that they have stores in Bath and Wrexham ...

    I ordered a t-shirt from Zucci 3 weeks ago the money has been charged to my credit card and I have received nothing yet. Have made countless phone calls but the phone has never been answered whenever I have tried. Have sent several emails but have never received a reply!

    I ordered a t-shirt from Zucci Online, only to be told two days later (after they had debited the money from my account) that it was out of stock. I was kindly offered a refund or 20% discount on a replacement item so selected an alternative t-shirt.

    Over a week later, after numerous emails to them and filling in the contact form on their website, I have received nothing from them yet.
