    Bad Points: I am pleased to say there are none that I could think of - which I found quite surprising, coming from a foreign country I did not know what to expect so was planning for the worst. I had dealt with other agencies in the area and when compared to J&D Property Rentals they were terrible.


    General comments: We moved from overseas recently and rented through J&D Property Rentals. Staff here were very efficient and friendly. There were a few problems with the property which needed repairing but these were all sorted out before we moved in and what was great was that we were made aware of these before we agreed to take the poperty on the viewing. I appreciated their honesty. We also mentioned we intended on purchasing new furniture and to my surprise the agent offered to sort everything out for me. By the time we moved in we had chosen eveything we wanted and everything was in place.
    I am very pleased with my experinece with this company and when comparing the level of service I got from this company to the others in the area I would rate J&D Property Rentals ten out of ten.
