I've had the same broken belt problem with my GVM-600 scarifier. Have just spoken to a Mail order supplier on: 023 8057 8057 who was very helpful and is supplying me with a pack of 2 replacement belts for £12.99 inc p&p. She tells me that these new belts will be with me tomorrow morning and are much stronger (she would wouldn't she....?) than the original Chinese version. Time will tell.....!! This company also supplies the spring loaded tines.

Gardenline (Aldi) GVM-600 Belt failed on second use. Got a replacement from Wolf.tv. Lesson learned - don't always rely on cheap from Aldi.

unfortunately I bought Gardenline (Aldi) GVM-600 and yes the belt snapped within 2 hours of use . It is quite disgusting that after so many complaints the manufacturer still will not accept that there is a design fault with this machine . I am still trying to get a replacement belt . I have not been able to use mine for over a year .

As reported by other people the belt on the GVM-600 snapped the second time ever used. The so called "helpline" took 20 mins to answer and then gave me a wrong link to the wolfe.tv website. The belt is not covered under the warantee and it seems as if according to other folks reviews I'd better buy at least half a dozen! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I WOULD LOVE TO SAY Gardenline (Aldi) GVM-600 WAS A GOOD BUY BUT WHEN THE BELT SNAPS AFTER THIRTY SECONDS OF USE IT IS HARD TO FANFARE ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT IT.

Got this Gardenline GVM-600 from Aldi and the belt lasted 4-5 hours maximum even if not overworking machine. Their 3 year guarantee is by OmegaWolf and they say such failure is normal wear & tear and they refuse to say otherwise. Could try small claims court but cannot spare the hassle. I will just never knowingly buy a product if OmegaWolf handle the guarantee nor will I buy direct from them.
