DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ordered a loo seat that had different fitting dimensions to that shown on the web site. Contacted Pete who offered to send a conversion kit. 2 weeks later nothing had arrived and web site had changed! Requested a refund and they pay the postage as it was their error. No response!! Eventually I returned it at my cost by registered post and requested a refund again. Pete responded he had not received it and when shown the on-line signature for delivery acceptance, claimed it was not his signature (note this company operates from a farm, not too other many people around). In the end I contacted Barclaycard and put the payment in dispute. He's on their blacklist now.

Appalling, non-existent customer service. Toilet seat arrived broken. They do not answer their telephones, and ignore emails. No comeback at all, left with an unusable product. Do not use this site.
Absolute wall of silence when you try to contact them.

Oredered Xmas Presents, They Didn't Arrive. After
Oredered Xmas presents, they didn't arrive. After 1 month and 3 emails, I finally received a response saying they had been redispatched, even though I had said 3 times that they were now not wanted as too late for Xmas. I asked for them to cover postage cost to return items - Pete agreed (after another 3 emails) so I paid the postage and off the returns went. Another 3 or 4 emails followed with no response, until I finally received an email saying that Pete had never had any emails from me - even though his 2 responses were included in the email I had sent, and were highlighted to show them clearly. Another 5 or 6 emails followed with no response, then a promise from Pete of a FULL refund. Today 28th April I have finally received a PARTIAL refund. So it has cost me nearly £10 to get nothing from this company (apart from stress and frustration at being conned and ignored)
I wish I had seen these previous reveiews before I ordered from Urban Junkie, as it would have saved me money and hassle
Please do not use - you may get lucky, but you may end up emailing on a weekly basis to try and get your money back

WARNING! DON'T USE THIS SITE!
This site is a fraudulent site. I ordered a £60 watch off this guy pete. Watch never came. I contacted him to see what happened and he emailed back he would sort it out. Nothing happened. I then requested my money refunded. He said he would sort this out. 10 days later nothing has happened. The matter is now in the hands of the police as theft and trading standards have been notified.

Disgusting Company, I Ordered A Joker Flashing T-s
Disgusting company, I ordered a Joker flashing T-Shirt for my son's christmas, I always give my kids money, as the're not children anymore, but I like to buy them 1 nice surprise that suits them and so they have something to open on christmas day, but it aint arrived and it's screwed my sons present up, I really wanted that item and just wished I'd bought it somewhere else. Looking at other reviews I wonder just how many peoples christmas these B@stards have ruined!!!!

In My Opinion, Urbanjunkie Have A Poorly Designed
In my opinion, UrbanJunkie have a poorly designed website which can confuse the customer.
No telephone number listed to contact company.
I received no response to emails.
I feel I received poor customer service.
Seemed unhelpful towards me when I hit a problem. It should not be you "haggardpete" who should learn the lesson. I feel that Urbanjunkie should have learnt a while back that they need to respond to their customers appropriately. I think the fact that they had refunded you and not told you is a further example of an apparent inability to communicate.

I Have Not Yet Received After 5 Weeks! France Is N
I have not yet received after 5 weeks! France is not the end of the world... plus I paid £40 for postage so i expected to have the items within 3 weeks.
I've sent 5 e-mails to them in the last 7 days and i haven't received any answer yet as far as I am aware, i will not stand for this...
If I check my order on the website it says absolutely nothing about its status.

Ordered A Toilet Seat & Shower Curtain And Recieve
Ordered a toilet seat & shower curtain and recieved an order confirmation but a month and a half later I still have nothing. Emails were not responded to until further action was threatened, then I received a phonecall from a witheld number saying he would give free postage for the delay. No money has been taken, but they are happy to take your card details.

I Purchased A Toilet Seat From Urban Junkie. After
I purchased a toilet seat from Urban Junkie. After a few days an amazingly poorly packed box arrived containing a broken seat. Since then I have emailed Urban Junkie 3 times without receiving a response yet. (Urban Junkie do not have a phone number listed) Last week I sent a recorded delivery letter requesting collection and a refund.
I have little hope for getting anything back from this. I guess the lesson here is to check that online retailers have a phone number and then to call it prior to ordering to ensure someone answers.
After I had asked for the case to be passed to trading standards I received both calls and an email from Urban Junkie. Apparently they had refunded my money a couple of weeks ago. This must have been as a result of the initial letter referencing trading standards but they then failed to inform me.
Lesson learned. If you hit problems like this try the consumer direct website and pick up one of their standard letters. They really work.
