    Good Points: Cheap but lots of others in the area of better standard but same price


    Bad Points: Anything but cheerful, dirty, ripped bedding and pull out bed material.


    General comments: The room was noisy - we were warned of this so to be expected. We did not however expect a badly multi coloured plastered wall. Ripped bedding and ripped material on fold out bed. Usually cheap and cheerful - not travel lodge Southend.
