It took me quite some time to save up for a new Bosch machine, and hopefully secure quality by paying a little more. Unfortunately however the machine refuses to spin if 70%+ full deciding that the load is out of balance, as to continue would strain the machine. It has had the entire motor replaced under guarantee but still repeatedly breaks down as a safety measure as the motor is not strong enough to handle large capacity / high spin. The supplier ao.com were not remotely interested and after the said motor replacement Bosch declared that they could neither remove the cut out device or even supply a lower capacity machine without it. Apparently every one of their models is designed to cut out if you demand that it fulfill its load / speed boasts. They claim that every modern machine is so designed. I don't know if this is true or not? Catch 22 / Gordian knot. I could sue but likely would not win as I'm sure that the co. would produce lists of happy customers. Real or otherwise. I'm perplexed. Guess that all I can do is post this review.
