    None the worst holiday experience I have every had, only the La Posada del Marquez hotel saved the day it was a haven amidst Kumuka's incompetence.

    Peru, Lima, La Posada del Marquez. Clean, close to town. I stayed 5 nights, however they charged my card for 6 nights. When I tried to correct this with the staff, they note that "their agency" charges the card and they cannot help me. I contacted "thier agency" and they are of no help and noted "too bad". I was very dissappointed about this overcharge!

    Stayed for 5 nights at the La Posada del Marquez but was charged for 6 nights. I have tried to work this out with no success. The hotel staff notes that they cannot credit my VISA. I do not understand this, but it is another country. I am upset and would not recommend anyone here.
