Metsuki provided a hassle free and efficient sercice. I had my concerns about ordering prescription glasses on-line, but these were totally unfounded. The quality of the the frames and lenses was excellent and armed with the measurements of the frames I wanted ( broad fitting ) the glasses fitted superbly. Combined with the financial savings - about 50% in all - I am extremely satisfied.
There is a limited range of frames for those requiring modern but wide/broad fitting frames - I think the frame manufactures are missing out on a large market, and it would be nice to have a "section" on frames that are available that are 135 mm and above in width.

from when you first click onto the web site you can see Metsuki is going to be good. the easy to follow instructions when choosing your glasses are backed up by telephone or e-mail contact if you need it. I have ordered 2 items from Metsuki and will continue to use them. its just like going into a high street store but with out the pressure selling and you can shop at your convieniance. When you get to the checkout you are then surprised by how much you have saved the first time i saved over &po ...

very easy to deal with. Customer service excellent. I changed my mind & they were very patient. Definatly will use again. Find choosing glasses quite stressful this was so much easier and cheaper

I have bought a pair or Rayban sunglasses and thanks to Metsuki I have saved about £30 pounds. I am very satisfied with the whole process. Even though my chosen sunglasses where not available in stock Metsuki contacted me right away providing information about when the glasses would be available and shipped...and they did not charge my credit card until the glasses were actually shipped. I would have liked to know in advance whether the glasses where available in stock or not but Metsuki ...

Having found Jaikudo/JK London specs frames in High St optician, I was quoted £99 as part of a frame + lenses (£300)package. I was then told about BuySpecsDirect who make lenses for all the high street opticians, and now sell direct to the public at great reductions. But BSD could not locate the JK London frames I wanted. Metsuki processed my order very quickly and I could not be happier. I did a lot of research looking at who offered the best deal and they were definitely the best. Quick response as well as great customer service, highly recommended!!!!

This was my first pair of glasses and my first time ordering a pair from Metsuki. It was so easy to order them, easy to find what I wanted and easy to fill in my prescription notes that I received from my optician. The best thing was the price, a great pair of Police glasses for under £100, try finding that on the high street with lenses!

Another great thing was Metsuki sent me text messages to let me know how my order was progressing and when they were being shipped. This was an unexpect ...

I've just used Metsuki to replace my rimless glasses - wasn't sure about just buying untried frames so used their try at home service to check out a couple of frames, they send these out and you send them back in the postage paid box that comes. It costs £20 but this is then discounted from your order if you buy a set from them - totally worth it for the peace of mind that comes with having checked out the frames properly first.

I have recently used metsuki for the first time this month (Oct 09). My prescription had recently changed and i didn't have lots of spare cash to buy a new pair of glasses.
I had heard of metsuki through a friend, and decided to give them a try.
I was surpised (in a good way) at how quickly my order was processed, metsuki gave me daily updates via text and email-which i thought was fantastic, they arrived neatly presently in a box.

I recently had my 2 yearly eye test only to find out they had changed for the worse again. My opticians quoted me approx £150 for new lenses which I thought was a bit steep.
