I ordered a pair of Oakley Ducati Wingspan back on 30 Nov 2012. As the frames were out of stock, they immediately informed me of the stock status and offered to reserve stock or to cancel the order. What I am really amazed was how fast they reacted to my reply and all the subsequent support tickets. Almost all were within the day, and most within the hour! Wasnt sure whether to go with Metsuki to get the glasses I wanted. I saw the frames in my local opticians for £140 pounds with lenses. Metsuki did the same Gant Frames with prescription lenses for £75!!!! I have only good things to say. The turn around was within 5 days of ordering and receiving. A bargain in my books. Indeed I had a very nice experience with metsuki. I've bought recently a Givenchy frame from metsuki, from their clearance stock. My old frame was broken and I wanted to replace it with a new one and to use the same lens. I did not find the same model in Bucharest, so I search it on the internet. On metsuki site I found the model and the price was very good, lower than on other sites. Now I have the new glasses and I am very happy to use it, due to the kind help of metsuki. (read more)

This was an awesome experience. I just got the latest ray-ban frames with high quality lenses for about 300$C less than I would have paid at the eye dr in Canada. From what other reviewers have stated, it seems that when everything goes well, this company is fine. However, if and when problems with orders crop up, Metsuki seem totally unable to deal with them.
