Absolutely shockingly bad experience. Show was cancelled, and I could not attend the rescheduled show as I left the country for two weeks the day after the cancelled show.

Stargreen have refused to refund the ticket outright claiming that I needed to have returned the ticket to them 6 days before the rescheduled show and that they emailed this statement. Obviously I was not able to return the ticket, due to being out of the country.

They are since refusing point blank to refund, despite it clearly stating on the back of the ticket I am absolutely due a refund. The manager of the shop in Oxford circus has been rude and obnoxious about this also.

Stargreen is one of the best agencies I have found for tickets in London. Delivery is usually reliable and although it is sometimes expensive one can pick up the tickets for free from their office near Oxford Circus. They are helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person (the phone number is a normal London one, not premium rate). On the one occasion my tickets did not arrive in time for a concert it did take some time to get through to them on the phone, but this was because the Michael ...
