“New Street to Hereford”

got the ten to 5 train on a friday to Hereford at Birmingham new street , 4 coaches long got a seat. Arrived in hereford on time and stress free. Train was cleaner and more smother ride than Arriva trains wales which i had get on from hereford. Good job London midland.

“Great staff bargain prices”

These are a real bargain way to travel from Crewe to London. I use them regularly and the fares are good, the trains comfy, the staff always really friendly and helpful, can't fault them. I've also used them into Birmingham & the service is just as good. You can also get cheap 1st class seats but don't expect to get fed!

“Good train service whenever I've been in London Midland!!”

I dont know why everybody is saying such bad things about London Midland, I travel often between Kidsgrove and Crewe, Stone and occasionally Euston. Yes they could improve on services on this route like offering a trolley service but so?? Nice class 350 trains and quiet, clean services to me!
