    Good Points: Pronto delivery, very good rates, English speaking and friendly staff


    Bad Points: Nothing I can think of


    General comments: Renting with them already for almost 6 years, every time I am in Portugal or Spain I use them. They have very good rates on all-inclusive car hire without any excess liability.Couple of years ago had an accident near Cadiz in Spain, though I had the car from the airport Faro, so I called them and they managed together with the road assistance to pick me up and replace my car. It took only about 1:30h and I was back on the road.Thanks for all these years renting with you.
