...because they won't allow you a refund, even where it's a simple mistake. To be fair to them, they do state this in their terms and conditions - but rather than actually sell the tickets on - if you make a mistake about the date, you're stuck with the tickets you purchased. All they can suggest is that you sell them on on face value to friends or family. But how can I do that when I don't actually have the tickets yet?! In this case there is still plenty of time before the show for them to be able to sell the tickets on, and you would think that where there is a mistake as to the date of the show they would be prepared to accommodate this simple request, but apparently not - a blank refusal is all the team are prepared to give. Be wary of the T&C on this one - and be very certain that you've got the date correct before you allow the purchase to go through.

Ordered my tickets ages ago for the Cornbury festival, with no option to avoid paying a £10 processing/fulfillment fee etc per ticket. Have phoned several times to ask where are my tickets and each time promised they are "in the post". Was asked to leave it until the last possible moment (after postman today...concert is tomorrow!) to take it further. I now have to collect tickets from the event box office, joining the queue of other disgruntled customers. Friends who have booked tickets have also not received theirs. Poor show the Ticket factory! What have I paid my £10 processing/fulfillment fee for?

Bought tickets for Peter Pan Arena Tour for the new Hydro in Glasgow for September 2013. Found out that due to Hydro completion date being late the show is now transferred to the SECC. Checked ticketfactory web site and they are still selling tickets for Hydro?. Emailed customer services to find out what my new tickets would be and still not had a reply. Customer service poor so far via email. Will now phone them and see what happens.

If you ever find a ticket agency that will give you a refund (for whatever reason) please do let us all know! The only reason that any of them will refund your money is if the event is cancelled.
