Bought tickets for Chelsea Flower show in early December 2012. Said would be sent 4-8 weeks before the show (23 May 2013). When not received 4 weeks before show complained. Said would be sent out in next 10 days. Again did not do that. Eventually got tickets but only after pushing. It can't be in their interests to have people chasing them up for failing to do what they say. So Ticket Factory JUST DO WHAT YOU SAY and all will be OK both for you and customers. Simple really. Used this site to buy tickets to see P!nk on her Truth About Love tour in Birmingham. The buying process was easy, the site user friendly, and purchased tickets with no problems. Tickets arrived a few weeks after booking, and we're used at the venue with no problems. Overall an easy way to buy tickets to your chosen event. (read more)

THE worst company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. i tried to book tickets online, their website crashed but they still managed to take the money from my account...i ring up, they deny they have my money (says they do on my bank statement!) can't believe how unhelpful and rude they are. the person i spoke to offered to reserve tickets....however didn't actually bother before the end of the phone call (i gave up when he proceeded to tell me they haven't ripped me off and are... This is the worst sort of patronising website, where you have to tick endless drop down boxes to opt out of being on their mailing list for phone, email, post and then again for not having this information passed on to other companies. Most companies out there respects their customers and let them opt in rather than opt-out, and don't we respect them more in return? This sort of thing puts me off ever using them again. I booked for soccer Sataurday...turned up and the show had been cancelled due to not enough tickets sold,...my issue is they did not contact us at all. I know things happen but they have disgusted me...I was one of many at the NIA and the poor staff were clueless....WOULD I EVER BOOK WITH THEM, DEPENDS ON THE AFTER CARE, I WANT MY HOTEL PAYING FOR AND A REFUND BUT TO KEEP THE TICKETS..RUINED MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY........UTTER RUBBISH!!! I paid £450 for 6 dolly parton tickets,I cant stand the women
but our relatives love the old dear so I booked them the tickets
on my card.
Its been over a month and we have had no tickets.
I have just emailed them tonight and they say the tickets got lost
and that I will now have to go along to the box office
show them my card details then get hold of the tickets.
The LG is 1 hour away from where I live.Such a crappy service.

I ordered tickets for a Neyo concert before Christmas, I received the tickets well in advance of the concert date through second class post. After booking the Neyo tickets, I got an email saying that as I had recently bought tickets I could order tickets to a Rihanna concert a day before they want on general sale, which I did. Again, no problems in receiving the tickets through the post. Would definitely recommend the site. (read more)

Fantastic venue box office for the NEC - I think its called the LG Arena now, great view and delivered when promised. Plus the fees seem to be cheaper than elsewhere so I guess you cant ask for more than that these days. (read more)

The tickets were sent 2nd class and did not arrive for the bike show. We ordered the tickets so we did not to queue. the tickets were for the show 3rd & 4th April so bank holidays were involved i would not book with the ticket factory again as i could not trust them to deliver on time (read more)

I odered tickets for Muse that never arrived. After a string of emails i got the following response.
Please accept our apologies for the ongoing delay with the completion of the refund. Our old merchant service provider keeps telling us the money will be returned to you soon. They cannot give us an exact date however.
