what an absolute shambles the ticket factory are, ordered my tickets for the chelsea flower show in jan 2016, email confirmation states tickets will be sent 4-8wks before the show on 25th may 2016, 15 days away from the show and nothing has arrived. and they do not answer the phone even though you are paying for the call. Tried to buy tickets for Aegon Tennis at Eastbourne with my priority code - round and round in circles until you find out of sight and below numerous adverts a warning about not leaving an odd seat. I have tried repeatedly over the past week to book weekend tickets for the Yonex badminton event in Birmingham in March but the system simply is not working. Avoid this company unless you want to be ripped off and wait forever to get though to customer services, whilst listening to terrible music and costing you a fortune in call charges. I purchased tickets which never arrived. I phoned the customer services - over an hours wait - to be told they had been sent. I have tried for 2 days to get tickets for Adele. First day after neariy two hours in a queue you get a message saying SOLD OUT but new dates will be available by pre-order on Sunday the 6th December for Barclay card holders. So today(Sunday 6th) I try again I join a queue again of 567 waited 30 minutes I managed to get to the end of the queue for a message to spring up saying there has been a error with the website and to rejoin the queue. I have just been getting presale tickets or Adele. I was in the queue which started with about 10'000 people. I managed to go down in the queue to 166 people in front of me. I did see a message whilst I was in the queue to say tickets were sold out. But the amount of people in the queue was still going down even though they were apparently sold out. Ordered tickets for an event at NEC, and I will not now receive them before I go. Tried to call them on customer services which has the impertinence to charge 7p a minute and was on hold for over 20 minutes before I gave up. They also have the cheek to levy a £1.50 "fulfillment fee" on their ticket price. As other reviewers have said, the Davis Cup booking process was appalling. I picked the tickets, took it through to payment (which took forever with the timer going round and round) then the site crashed out when I went to enter my last few details - now its sold out. At the presale it kept offering me tickets and seat numbers then telling me they weren't available. I have spent since 7.00 am this morning trying to buy 2 tickets online for Davis cup in Glasgow. I selected seats,proceeded and I had forgot my ticket master password. By the time I retrieved it I was frozen out and lost the tickets which are now sold. I have also tried to get through on phone line to ticket master and as expected in queue for over 15mins.
