    Iyanla Vanzant, Yesterday I Cried: Celebrating the Lessons of Living and Loving was so thorough, and I think everybody will find something in this book to connect personally with. I read it once when I was 16, and just finished it again, just shy of my 19th birthday. I plan to read it every 2 years for the rest of my life. It is amazing. 10, all the way!
