    I would not recommend LiveNation to anybody! They are a rip-off! I was treated to a once in a lifetime "VIP Package" by my boyfriend as a birthday gift. The tickets were very expensive but we expected a once in a lifetime experience. Not a bit of it! I have complaoned to LiveNation about the whole hospitality package and have realised that their customer service is as bad as the event was. Why am I surprised?? My advise would be, steer clear!

    Live Nation SUCKS!!! False advertising & no customer service support. I will NOT order tickets from this website. I will go directly to venue if need be in the future.

    I will never use Live Nation to book tickets again. Their customer service is non-existent. They refer you to TicketMaster for any ticket queries, Ticket Master have no records of your booking so they refer you to the LiveNation number you can never get through to.

    Stay clear of LiveNation, they are completely useless!

    Live Nation have the best staff ever i am disabled so going to a new venue makes me very nervous, i had nothing to worry about we are looking forward to coming back. We live a long way away but nothing will stop us returning. Please make sure your staff are thanked from us both from near Aberystwyth staff will now who we are bit early but Happy Christmas to all at the venue in Mary Ann Street, 8 November 2008.
