    I would also avoid a wedding less ordinary-they avoided contacting me when my shipment did not arrive on time and refused to contact me although I left them numerous phone and email messages. My favours did not arrive in time for my wedding and that was associated with undue stress and upset. I had to continue to contact them after my honeymoon to receive my refund and they didnt even offer a proper apology for causing undue upset and stress leading up to my wedding day.
    AVOID AT ALL COST!

    Great website - quick and easy to navigate, fast and efficient ordering and delivery. Very impressed - will be recommending A wedding less ordinary to my friends.

    A very good website with lots of ideas for favors, I found it difficult to choose. Shopping online was straight-forward and quick. My order was well packaged and only took 3 days to arrive with me. Well priced and good service throughout. Can thoroughly recommended a wedding less ordnary. Thank you.

    Great service, excellent customer service and good value for money. Very good shopping experience and quick delivery even with all the mail strikes. Would definitely order from A Wedding Less Ordinary again.

    I love the choice and ideas on the wedding less ordinary website and we ordered quite a few different things before finally deciding on our definite order. We were never disappointed with any of them. We are overjoyed with the quality of the card holders and favours we bought for our wedding reception. The website is a joy to browse and very easy to use even for a not too computer literate person like myself.     I placed an extremely rush order with a wedding less ordinary after I didn't receive my favours from another company. They went above and beyond to help me and I received my order from them the next afternoon. I cannot speak highly enough about their service and thank them enough for helping me out. Extremely helpful and courteous, and everyone commented on how lovely the candles were. I was more than happy to tell everyone where I got them from. Very much recommended by me.

    We were very happy with our order from wedding less ordinary. Very high quality napkins printed in our names and wedding day and at a more than reasonable price, actually the cheapest ones I found. Delivery was on time and very happy with the service. Many thanks.

    This is a brilliant website, really easy to navigate and great choice of unusual favours. I have ordered from a wedding less ordnary several times for my favours & bridemaid presents & have always been happy with everything I have received & the speed of delivery. Thank you!

    Really impressed with my favours from weding less ordinary. We ordered some crystal wine stoppers which looked great online and didn't disappoint when they arrived. Can't fault the service and swift delivery - ordered online on Tuesday - delivered Thursday morning. Beautiful website to browse as well.

    A fantastic website for something different for weddings, not just the tradtional. We ordered all of our favours from a wedding less ordinray and a few little things for my hen night. All arrived beautifully packaged and very quickly, even quicker than it said on the website.

    Very pleased with everything and have even bought little gifts from here for Christmas stocking fillers. Would definitely recommend to friends.

    Lovely quality of goods. Had been looking for ages for a cake topper that incorporated football in some way for my fianc and found the perfect topper on A Wedding Less Ordinary. Arrived in a few days and it is really good quality. Should get a few smiles on the day. Will use them again nearer the time for favours.

    I received my wedding favours from a Wedding Less Ordinary this week. We were both really excited when the box was delivered and delighted with the quality. The favours look fantastic. I knew which favours I wanted to order and was recommended A Wedding Less Ordinary by my friend who had used them earlier this year.     I too have been waiting for wedding favours for my daughters wedding (which has already occurred). I think it is despicable that a company can take money for something that is as special as a wedding day and spoil it.
    I hope they have been reported to Trading Standards.

    I hope NOBODY uses A Wedding Less Ordinary as they are causing so much heartbreak for the bride and family.

    A wedding less ordinary have taken my money still no goods!! Not happy had an email telling me it was dispatched but that was over a week ago so where its been dispatched from heaven knows!! DO NOT USE!!

    Please avoid A Wedding Less Ordinary . I wish I'd looked at reviews before ordering. The website looks very professional but they are cowboys. Took the money straight away from my credit card but have been waiting 2 months. Only automated replies to emails postponing the dispatch date. The telephone no. on the website only leads to an automated message telling you to email them.     I used a Wedding Less Ordinary to shop for my wedding favours really easy. I ordered through their website and received my order of Gel Orchid Candles in under a week. I got free delivery with my order which was a very welcome and nice surprise. I am very pleased with my candles and they tie in perfectly with my theme. Customer service was very accommodating and friendly when I had any questions. I would highly recommend this company!

    A Wedding Less Ordinary made shopping for my wedding favours really easy. I placed my order through their website and received my order of 50+ beautiful Orchid Candles in under a week, even got free delivery which was a very welcome and nice surprise! I am very pleased with my candles and they tie in with my theme perfectly. Customer service was very accommodating, friendly and efficient when I had any questions. I would highly recommend this company for wedding favours or even little gifts.

    do not use A Wedding Less Ordinary they take mony under force pretences
    i placed an order early may and within 24 hours they acknowledged and took £180.00. to this day we have had no communication from them everything is automated - phones - website - there is no way through - i had to get my bank involved to get my monies returned - i would not advise anybody to use them

    A Wedding Less Ordinary take your money within 24 hours of placing your order -they do not respond to any form of communication - I had to get my bank to get my £180.00 returned for goods which were promised but were told 5 days later were out of stock
    my order was placed on 14 may 2009 and to date we have never had any communication from them !!!!!!!!!!
