They are a talking point 'favour' to give to guests at our golden Wedding get-together soon. Perfect! I ordered the vintage wedding bags from a wedding less ordinary at the beginning of January. I have emailed and called more times than I care to count repeatedly being advised that my order should be with me soon. I finally sent a threatening email yesterday warning them that I would be contacting citizens advice and low and behold my order arrives first class recorded this morning! It has taken nearly 5months for my goods to be delivered! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! (read more)

We bought the sandalwood fans as a little 'giveaway' for our guests as we got married in Greece. The fans more than served their purpose, kept everybody cool and looked really great. The sandalwood has such a gorgeous scent to it as well. They were really good value and came within a couple of days. We wanted something light to pack in our cases so these worked out perfectly. I ordered my products on the 17th July - plenty of time for them to arrive within the 15 working days they quoted me, on the 28 working days it has listed on their website. I was horrified to find out that A Wedding Less Ordinary would be closed - through their website (they didn't even have the decency to tell me) during the 27 August and 11 September 2012, between which dates my wedding was. On 4 March 2012 I ordered personalised napkins for my son's wedding which was to be on 6 April 2012. A late decision on my part to order these, but as the company's site indicated a 10-day delivery date I saw no problem in the 'late' order. I am experiencing the same situation with this company...honestly! I placed my order online 5th June 2012 and made enquiry about delivery dates on 16th June 2012 the only response I received was a standard response with no concern about customers. Totally disappointing!

All arrived promptly and exactly as described. Extremely happy and relieved with the quality of everything. This is the first thing for our wedding that I've bought online so I was happy to see the favours in the 'flesh' and was not disappointed.
I called twice to add things on to my order that I had seen afterwards. Both people I spoke with were really helpful and added the favours to my order so that I only had one postage to pay.

I honestly can't believe the positive reviews on here are genuine. I wish I'd paid attention to the more realistic sounding negative ones! I ordered £170 worth of wedding favours (boxes, ribbons and chocolates) on the 13th February and I'm still waiting.
They should have been dispatched in 5 working days, by the 8th day I'd heard nothing but have had no response to my order tracking email. In addition, we have tried calling several times but no one ever answers the phone.
