Bar a few lost faxes the whole deal has been very easy, it has taken less than 24 hours to arrange the payout, and would have been numerous hours quicker without the fax delays! This is not true as I found out when I applied over the phone. A sales assistant took a few personal details and then told she would call me back 10 mins later with a decision. Having had extremely poor credit not only did they manage to arrange a lender in a few hours they also cut out a lot of the paperwork and processing by being super efficient. Really pleased with the fast, responsive and professional service given by Infinity. Their bad credit provider is Advantage. Obviously, the higher risk of us "poor credit" customers results in a higher Apr. So try and pay the agreement off as quickly as you can, and really think hard about the Insurance they try to sell you - I had to talk Advantage down from a deal that would have cost 14k for the 6k car I bought- though they did listen to me eventually, and were always polite.
