after 8 days of waiting my order is still "processing". They took the money and my item is not even despatched. No one is bothered to contact me. Never buy from Boxfit, they have no idea about sales and don't care about customers

This order was placed over our Christmas shut down period which is advertised on our web site during the Christmas period and why no contact was made until we returned in the new year.

Thats what happened to me ! I placed my order waited for 1 week then contacted them.They said "oh we havent got that item in stock ". but took my money !!!
Am still waiting for my £100 refund :((
I had the same thing happen last year as well but still went back to them.NEVER AGAIN !!!!

“What a joke”

Don't buy from them, they are awful, no communication, they only replied to my email once I told them I'd raised a paypal claim. They called me a liar and said I'd never asked for a refund ( I had twice ). They then told me it takes 48 hours for refunds to come through. I use paypal myself for business use and have had to refund payments, we normally do it within 20 minutes of the customer asking for a refund. Lots of promises and no result, even if you're thinking of buying from them don't bother not worth the time and hassle as they claim they offer fast delivery, yet I've waited 11 days and they still haven't dispatched, how does that work?

“Saddened and disgusted ”

It seems that I should have looked at the reviews on this site before placing my order with this company. I ordered a few products from here, the transaction went through fine, then just as some other people have mentioned here, I received an e-mail from the company (in slightly poor grammar, I might add) that I insisted I sent copies of my driving license or passport AND utility bills as proof of identity before they would send my products. I wrote back immediately with a complaint, and a request for an explanation as to why they should require such personal information, and how they intended to keep my personal information secure, and all I got in response was a mail that said if I didn't provide the information then they would cancel and they would send a full refund. I appreciate the fact that they offered the refund, but as an international customer its not really the point because credit card companies take percentages and charges for currency conversions, so I end up losing out on charges and not getting any stuff. I can also understand that they want to protect themselves from the occasional bad customer, but to be honest, asking someone to provide such a large amount of personal information in this day and age is beyond ridiculous. The phrase "if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen" comes to mind. If the company doesn't have the right systems in place to prevent this kind of thing without asking customers to take ridiculous risks with personal information, they shouldn't be doing business online. I strongly suggest anyone considering this company to steer clear and take their business elsewhere.

“boxfit cancelled my order”

I am an international customer ,they accepted my order and my card paid up.Then they wanted photocopies of my passport /driver's license and utility bills less than 3 months old.When I refused , they cancelled my order and refunded the money . I suspected identity theft. Their reason ...the order was going to ME at an english address NOT to my card address. The boxing boots were meant to be a present.Never again.

Order placed - an shortly after an e-mail received: Thank you for your order. Your payment has been processed successfully. after two weeks that all thats been succesfull - After a phonecall I found out that didn't have the shoe in stock - and probaly couldn't get it at all! No information was given to me - but the money was drawn when the order was placed. I have now asked for a refund. No service - can not be recommended.

“Shocking ”

I placed an order with boxfit on the 13th of april for two t shirts and it's now the 26th , i called and spoke to someone who reassured me he'd call back but nothings happened with the dispatch of my items and no one called me back,it's now two days and i have to call them again with still no results ,after reading the above reviews from other customers my only concern is now contacting paypal to recover my money for a service never provided The only good thing about boxfit is the website but then thats only designed well as a trap/trick for your cash Will never do business with again BEWARE !!!!!!

“Appalling customer service”

It seems good prices are offset by terrible customer service. I'm an international customer and I placed an order over 10 days ago and it still says processing despite claims of fast delivery. I've emailed several times asking when the order will be shipped and there has never been a reply. And I can't afford to call them. I'd be happy to wait if they would ever respond to my queries with an ETA. I don't assume products from the UK will arrive within 24 hours but I'd have expected them to at least be boxed up and sent by now. They are certainly quick to take the money however, credit card was charged within 24 hours. It was a huge order too for my training partner and I - just on £300. Please be careful. Don't order if you want anything in a hurry. At this rate, I'll be shocked if I receive my order at all.

“Terrible communication and delivery time.”

First time I have ordered boxing gloves and I had to call several times to the customer service, to remaind them that somwhwere there is my order waiting for dispach, after several calls they sent to me tracking number that was not valid, and after 2weeks of waiting I've got my gloves. This time i placed order for headguards, thinking that last story with delay it was just one happening, I was wrong. For this company good relation between customers and store not exist. I have placed the order 10 June, on 13 I made a call asking about order, answer was that I will get my package at the end of the week. Now is saturday 18 June and i had to make another call, what I've heard from them is that I should get my delivery at the start of the next week, but if I will not get it I have to contact them. This is the second and the last time I am doing shopping on that website.

Good price but ordered Dec 19th, Now Jan 14th and just had to call Boxfit UK Ltd to find out what was happening to order. Little communication. Service good when I called but should not need to chase after this amount of time. Didnt mind too much missing christmas present delivery but do not expect to hear nothing until I chased up on Jan 14th. Poor.
