    I have recently braught some shoes for my wedding from this company, they were very good quality, and i was pleased with the service i received, i placed my order over the telephone which i prefer, they arrived quickly so it was a hassle free experience, which is what you need when you are planning a wedding! would recommend them to family or friends.

    Hi, The customer service I received was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful in choosing a style to suit my neds and the quality of the shoe dyeing was perfect. the colour matched my dress perfectly.I would recommend wedding shoes direct to any of my friends and family without a doubt.

    After spending weeks trudging around shops to find a pair of shoes for my wedding, as I have very wide, problematic feet, I finally found some, the care label said they were dyable, so I posted them off to be dyed at wedding shoes direct, on their 21 day service. The shoes were four weeks in total being dyed, not a problem until I opened them and instead of being French Navy they were a dirty grey colour, all patchy and dyed on the inside too.     I purchased some beautiful shoes from Wedding Shoes Direct and had them dyed to match my outfit. The quality of the dyeing was brilliant and the colour match was pefect. The shoes were lovely. I would definately reccommend this company.

    I ordered the Seline shoe, i was pleased with the quality of the shoes and they were delivered quickley, they were pleasent and courteous on the phone and i found the whole experience very hassle free, i would definitely recommend them to other would be brides, it would have been good if they had been post free, but otherwise very good.

    I bought my wedding shoes from Wedding Shoes Direct about one month ago for my special day on the 25th July. I received the shoes about a week and a half late due to them 'losing my order' although they gladly took payment for them when first ordered! When i finally received the shoes i was pleased with the product.     Please do not use Wedding Shoes Direct. They are not a creditable company and do not deserve your business!

    They will take your money but the after service is shocking! My shoes were faulty and i was unable to wear them after 2 hours on my Wedding Day. After writing a letter of complaint and providing proof (a photograph of my shoes taken 2 hours later) no refund was offered! I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards!

    We bought our bride and bridesmaid shoes from wedding shoes direct and had them coloured to match their dresses, we did not have any complaints, good colour match!
