    Good Points: Fast and easy to use website.Quick reply to emails and nice support.wide variety of products at really good prices.


    Bad Points: I ordered 6 products and one product was out of stock. I got an email saying out of stock and that item was delivered only 5 days later.


    General comments: lots of pet and equestrian products at a good price. I had a very good buying experience. Best bit is the customer care.
