Ordered some 10 mtr QTX DMX leads. Microphone cable sent as replacment..There was no indication they were out of stock when ordering !!! Called HTFR to query this and was informed that the microphone leads weere all they had !!!. No offers of help or replacement.. They did offer free collection to return them but only in the week.. I ordered a pair of headphones on the Sunday and had a gig on the Friday. Friday came and yet still no headphones. I called up hard to find to only be told that it was royal mail fault and they can't do anything and found the person to be sarcastic and just said the same thing over and over. Recently I bought a vinyl from HTFR. Although I received it on time as soon as I unpacked it I felt disappointed. The cover was in a terrible situation (wear all around) and the record itself with lots of scratches. Moreover when playing it skipped in a couple of songs. I placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery. At no point does the website advise you that the items may not be in stock. Only 2 of 6 items arrived. Why would i pay for next day delivery on only a third of the order? Was advised the items would be in stock the following week, and now the week after that.Please don't take orders for things you haven't got or make it clear that they are not in stock.
