I ordered a North Face coat from Webtogs a third cheaper than I could get in any shop. I ordered the coat Monday and estimated delivery day was Friday. I received it Friday in Copenhagen, just as specified and with free delivery. Very satisfied!

You get to speak to real person, the novelty in its self is such a treat! i found them to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would defiantly use them again. cant think of any bad points! oh they even had time for some quality banter on the phone! legends....

Very Impressed at how speedy the delivery was even though a postal strike is presently causing severe delays.

Also very impressed with how quickly customer services responded to my query.

Would definitely recommend this site to friends and family and most certainly use this website to make future purchases.

This is about the fourth time I've ordered shoes and bags from Webtogs and I'm really impressed. Their Customer Service team are courteous, efficient and friendly and do exactly what you ask them to - a rarity nowadays!! Fantastic 'Keen' products too which arrive the day after ordering - can't say enough good about them - well done Webtogs and THANK YOU!

Superfasr delivery, well packaged and delivered on time. Really good company to deal with & I will be using Webtogs again.
Went to Cotswold Camping for the same item in their catalogue who told me they don't stock it! But they could get me one in six weeks at £100 + p&p and if it was no good I could have a 75% refund only!
Webtogs sent me the same item much cheaper at double the speed!

Webtogs is a fantastic site,brilliant choice of brands,products ,colours and most of all....prices,couldnt beleive my eyes,oh did i tell you free p@p, where else do you get that, arrived quicker than i expected so what a bonus, so excited i cant wait to purchase more more more:-),im in greenock (30 mins from glasgow) and webtogs are in dorset my point is it would have cost more for me to either go in my car or take a bus to purchase these items and i got my base layer (patagonia , not cheap) hal ...

100% customer care and satisfaction. Very informative throughout the order and despatch. Very hard to find this level of service in the UK any more so I would be more than happy to purchase thru webtogs again.

Great Service. Webtogs sent e.mail informing us our items were in stock. Once ordered another e.mail confirming delivery then another confirming they had been despatched and should be with us in 1 - 3 days. Items were delivered earlier than anticipated. BRILLIANT SERVICE - Thank you.

Berghaus trekking boots ordered on a Tuesday at 1330hrs, items received the next day early, afternoon - postage free. Difficult to beat this service. On-line ordering site easy to use and uncluttered.

I will be using Webtogs again in the future and have already recommended the website to friends.

Great easy to use service and very competatively priced.

I bought a North Face jacket from Webtogs for the first time last week. The customer service was excellent and the prices for my jacket were the best on the web, can't get better than that! Highly recommend it.

Ordered my Icebreaker top on Thursday after lunch, received it Friday breakfast time. You can't ask for better than that. I emailed them to thank them for their prompt service and got a nice response from
Webtogs. I have just ordered another Icebreaker top.

A panic search for trail running shoes brought us to the Webtogs website and I'm so glad it did - the service and delivery were excellent. Ordered the shoes, for my son, on the Wednesday night and received my order 2 days later on the Friday. Quality and price fantastic. Will certainly be recommending Webtogs to my family and friends.

This website is really easy to use and the customer services team are AMAZING; genuinely helpful and friendly. I wanted to buy a backpack to go travelling but wasn't sure about which one to choose and what characteristics to look out for. The team gave me some great advice and helped me choose the right backpack for me.

Delivery was on time and the products were very well packaged. Overall extremely pleased with the service, will definitely be coming back to Webtogs!
