    I recieved my save the date cards yesterday, and am over the moon with them, the cards are fantastic, I went for the Karen Cards Happy range! They were packaged in gorgeous tissue paper and came with a tube of love hearts, such a lovely package. My only negative and I hate to use the word would be the order times, I selected normal delivery and yes I should have read the order times page (which was approx 5 weeks) but that is purely on how busy they are. I ended up paying for the fast delivery which is 20p per card more so not loads, but then I had them within about 10 days. I also went by the reviews on the site and not on here, and glad I did. I will also be ordering my wedding invites as you get a discount voucher for the next order!

    oh dear, wish I had read these comments before ordering my Save the Date cards from karen cards. When I ordered them I swear that it said the delivery time was 7-10 days but when looking again today it says up to 7 weeks. A bit dissappointing as I wanted to get to get these out asap. If it takes this long don't think I'll order anything else...we'll see!

    I would personally not hesitate to recommend Karen Cards, and found the service absolutely fantastic. I ordered the understated range, and had everything from save the date cards to thank you cards at the end.

    placed my order with Karens Cards and took my money quick enough! sent me someone elses "save the date "cards!. still waiting for my place cards £38 worth, got married 3 weeks ago ! absolute crap!!!! really disappointed

    Poor quality product at Karens Cards, unprofessional service and still no sign of supposed refund (via cheque). Am having to reclaim the money through my bank. Ordered Save the Date cards, which arrived with incorrect spelling of my partners name. Contacted them and agreed to send them back for a replacement. Replacement arrived with some wording missing, and text wasn't straight. Contacted them and they agreed to refund the money. Cards sent Special Delivery - 3 weeks later still no sign ...

    Ordered Shooting Star Wedding Invite's from Karen's cards and was very disappointed from start to finish. Firstly the whole amount for Invite's was taken off the day after i ordered them, even though she would not acknowledge my emails asking if she had all the correct details for the order.

    Secondly,you only get a PDF file off your proof which is not ideal.

    Communication was terrible, she would not reply to emails.

    Then the delivery saga started,she as previously mentioned could not provi ...

    Karens cards was very disappointing and I would never order from them again. I have never received my save the date cards and apparently they went missing in the post. Funny that Karen couldn t provide a tracker number. Well anyway they have never turned up. Would not recommend to anyone I did not need this kind of stress

    I ordered the Lovely Range Invites from Karens Cards in the sale and they were 80p each!They were really verry pretty and well made. I will be ordering my place cards and reception bits nearer the time. Fantastic invites. Only slight bad point was I had to wait for them, but she does have an order times page where it tells you current times, so you are aware before you order.

    I received my Designer range invites this weekend, and they are just great for what I paid - 1.00 each!

    Have ordered place cards and order of service cards to match,

    I have had no problems with emails at all. If you ask for a contact number, she will let you have it, after explaining that calls are received at all times of the day and night.

    Karens cards seemed unprofessional to me. Sent out 'save the date' tags 4 weeks later than expected. Made out that they were missing in the post but could not provide a tracker number (I suspect they were never sent on time in the first place). I did not receive a reply to my emails and no follow up to even check that we have received them. I did not need this kind of stress at the early stages of wedding preparations.
