    Good Points: we had a mini suite it was very spacious


    Bad Points:


    General comments: Our room service was a terrible. We waited 2 hours for ice for our Champagne on my husbands birthday (they were told it was his birthday) and the ice never came we went and got it ourselves. A dried up cheese plate took 45 minutes. Our food in the dining room started out fine but ended terrible, but the Pinnacle Grill was fantastic. The coffee everywhere on the ship was terrible. We bought a coffee card 10 coffees for $38.00 but the coffees were only $2.30 each on the ship!! It tasted like there was no booze in the drinks. The first port of call Grand Turk was cancelled as we woke up on the approach the captain said it was too windy to dock. We asked Guest Services for compensation they haven't given any yet. I contacted my travel agent they said that was very unusual we wasn't given a shipboard credit. They gave us $12.00 each back in docking fees! the ceilings are very low on this ship they say its because they added 2 more decks than customary. The overall look inside is not great with every ceiling being low and the color scheme, in my opinion was terrible through out.
    We took this cruise on Feb 7th 09. We will not cruise Holland America again and we generally take 1 to 2 cruises a year.
