Good Points: Fantastic customer service, high quality products at low prices.

Bad Points: The legs of the chairs need floor protectors in them but that's all I can think of.

General comments: I bought 8 Tuscan chairs from Top Furniture Ltd (they trade under other names also) as I had previously ordered an oak table and chairs from another internet based company and the table was ok but the chairs could never be described as being leather as they had less than a millimetre of leather on some sort of backing and came out of the boxes all scratched.

I sent the dodgy chairs back and phoned Top Furniture to enquire about their chairs and the customer service was fantastic, they sent me a sample of the leather immediately which was extremely high quality so I felt at ease ordering from them. It took about 5 weeks for the chairs to come which I have found is standard with any furniture, and I've had them now for just over 2 months and I am extremely happy with them. I've caught the leather with studs on my jeans yet the chairs have remained unmarked, I have 3 kids who jump all over them and they are still looking like new. The only suggestion I would make is for there to be floor protectors nailed into the feet as we managed to scrape our floor badly when something got stuck under a leg and have now added nail in studs ourselves (not sure what their technical name is!).

These chairs are extremely good value for money, you won't get anything of a similar quality for the same price anywhere else!

Being a little pedantic - wire on slide opening mechanism is off the runner (however not an issue as it is really not required for the table open or closed).
Having to assemble the table!! Would have been good to see clearer option to have delivery and assembly of product (which I would have paid for !)

Great service - on delivery timing, price, helpfulness of staff and general quality of product. Oak Dining Sets recommended.

Ordering was easy & delivery was easily arranged and quick. We ordered a Talinn table with Charlton chairs and a bench from oak dining sets. All appear to be of good quality.

The table wasnt ready for use when it arrived as only a thin coat of oil had been applied. Some water was spilled on the table and this has marked it. A very light sand and a few coats of oil later it's fine, but the website implies it is delivered ready to use.

Great service from Oak Dining Sets www.oakdiningsets.co.uk and excellent product! We bought the leather dining chairs which we absolutely love. Solid and incredibly comfortable. Dinner times have become a longer and far more enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Oak Dining Sets www.oakdiningsets.co.uk are very easy to deal with and good knowledge when i called up. I arranged to have the table collected and they had it ready within a couple of hrs!
Great quality although it is a thick veneer over solid oak this does not detract from its appearance.
Pricewise i don't think can be beaten and we have already enjoyed 3 dinner parties at which the table has been commented on. Happy to reccomend

Purchased Minsk solid oak table and Emperor full leather chairs from Oak Dining Sets www.oakdiningsets.co.uk which were delivered on date requested well packaged and in good order.Quality excellent and very pleased with product which is superior to any we found whilst searching high street furniture stores.

Only bought the bar table - had been trying to get hold of an item like this for some time so not easily found on web. Very pleased with quality would have probably bought chairs if i'd sourced earlier but had already bought from elsewhere by this time. Although you do not do bar stools with padded backs and seat pads which is what I'd bought elsewhere. Delivery was made on schedule. genrally very pleased. soory didn't find Oak Dining Sets before!

I bought one of the large oak dining tables from Oak Dining Sets. It had taken me a long time to find a lagre table ( 10 - 12) people at a reasonable price .I thought the price was very good for the quality and size of the table. I was also impressed at how quickly the table arrived.

Oak Dining Sets were easily located from the instructions on their website. The products were available for inspection, albeit the showroom was a little primative, understandable given the competatve pricing.The staff were most helpful. Delivery was prompt.

The oak dining table, chairs and oak sideboard were of exceptional quality and finish. I had seen similar oak items advertised at a significantly higher price than those at Top Furniture and on inspection were not such a good quality. I would recommend anyone looking for oak dining sets to seriously consider Top Furniture at www.oakdiningsets.co.uk. Delivery was also excellent. Many Thanks

I found the furniture on a websearch for large dining tables which looked like just what we needed. A quick telephone call was made and the enquiry was dealt with knowledgeably. The contact answered al of my questions and I bought the dining set over the phone.

I was kept informed of order progress, despatch etc. Deliveries always take a little longer to the North of Scotland so a short delay over the estimated delivery is nothing unusual for us.

The telephone messages I left at Oak Dining Sets were always answered promtly. Advice was clear and turned out to be accurate and honest.
Delivery was on time and delivery men were most helpful in placing the boxes where I asked - I had a broken finger at the time and so wasn't much help!
The table was very easily put together and everything was as it should have been

I would certainly deal with then again..and as I'm shortly moving house, It shouldnt be too long. thanks for a great service. ...

The furniture itself from Oak Dining Sets is excellent, however, we have been let down badly by the delivery service - damage to our flooring and no response to e mails sent. They may be a sub-contractor, however, we paid for delivery through Top Furniture and this has affected my rating of customer service.

It wasn't my first choice to purchase online from www.oakdiningsets.co.uk but having looked around this was by far the best range and exxactly want I wanted. Good choice, easy to order and having been using it for a month now I am absolutely delighted with it - looks wonderful. My only one downside would be that regarding delivery I had a message left on my phone late on Weds to say it was on the truck on its way for delivery on Friday without any discussion,. luckily my husband was able to work ...

Good prompt delivery and communication from Oak Dining Sets. I was a bit worried parting with so much money over the internet, but I had nothing to worry about. Table and chairs arrived before Christmas as promised and the quality is excellent. Communication was excellent and all questions were answered fully and promptly. i would recommend this company to everybody.
