I bought two tickets for myself and my 13 year old daughter to see The Wizard of Oz. Fantastic seats at a great discount.We had a fantastic time. It's the second time we have used Love Theatre.com. The other tickets were for Spamalot- they were fantstic seats too for my husband and son. Great site. Easy to use. Clear where you are sitting so you can check the seats suit your requirements.Well done a fantastic site.The only thing that was annoying were the people sat eating crisps all the way... (read more)

-Very user friendly website -Good deals on offer -Good range of dates (you can book discounted tickets way before discount ticket booths have them) -Great prices -Whole process took less than two minutes One slight negative - Had to empty basket before i could change my order (was worried i would lose my good seats) but at least that showed that someone couldn't have booked my tickets until i was sure i wanted to remove them. Nice website. Loads of offers to pick from on Lovetheatre.com. I recently bought 2 x tickets for Ladykillers and they gave me a free glass of champagne with each ticket - not bad considering how expensive drinks are from the theatre box office. Would have saved 20 quid. All of the special ticket offers on the love theatre website are on the good top stalls and dress circle seats, so you can get really good discounts, mostly 50% off. Very good service, easy to use website. Am going to see Grease in London. Just hoping that the tickets are legit now. :) The tickets came in about a week because of all the snow, but that was expected. Got a very clea brouchure and reciept. Money went trough very quickly, and i am really looking forward to seeing the show in January. xx (read more)

To explain my ratings:

The website does sell tickets with value for money, I will not deny this. Also the website is simple to navigate and use.

However, their customer service and consideration over the phone is ridiculous. They are rude and inconsiderate. I legally understand I am not able to exchange my tickets, however, I was admitted to hospital and they didnt have the goodwill to consider my case, having long term issues.

If you want to bok tickets, do all the work yourself and pay... (read more)

Love Theatre is a fantastic site that is easy to use and informative. I love the videos as well! A great touch!

Payment went through quickly and got the tickets the next day.
