I bought a MIlano back to pan toilet.Attempted to get a refund on this toilet. The seat does not sit flush with the toilet as in the advertised pictures .I notified Splashdirect of the problem with this design and I was told it was my installation problem. I gave the benefit of the doubt and after sometime retrying to install, with emails to an fro with an advisor, I was informed they would not provide a refund due to the toilet already been fitted - who fits the seat before the toilet is fitted??. They however would reimburse the second toilet seat as a good will gesture( I bought this in the hope it would fit better than the first) ...which does not detract from having a badly designed toilet My advice is not to buy this toilet if you want the finish to be as the pictures...you won`t be able to achieve. Being false advertising I`m having to take this matter further.

Ordered an illuminated mirror from Splash Direct at a price of £81.99 inc shipping. My credit card was charged immediately. I received an email next day informing me of an extra £15 delivery and therefore I cancelled the order immediately. Despite charging my card before confirming the order it took a further 4 days before they even actioned a refund. I did however get a refund following a call to them.
