    Bad Points: I can only register one phone number for now, I want to check if I can add more.


    General comments: I just try it with only $5 inital order.
    The quality is clear and about the same of my current providers.
    Compare to some very cheap philippine calling cards. I think this one is better because the minutes looks right and no connection charge. Overall, it is a good calling card for Philippine. I want to use it to call my friend and family in Philippine regularly.

    1-800-TF is charged per call not by minutes, which is good for me. Because I lived in small town where most phone cards do not provide Local access, so I am forced to use 188 TF access.

    No fraud say offer a Lower Rate for 9.9 cents/min during promotion period. Accurate minutes rounding as per minute basis. Helpful and prompt technical support. All balances has no expiry date. Refillable and user friendly web site to do so. But some calls took several times to get put through and it's not the chepeast phone card. Overall it fits my needs and is above standard.
