    the help i had from m&s staff in Telford was excellent.The product i required was finishing so she checked all other branches without success so she gave me the product number and told me to go on line,which i did i ordered it on saturday evening and the goods were with me 7 30am on the following tuesday morning.the service was excellent.

    M&S have recently made the PONTYPRIDD stores in south wales an Outlet Store...I used to spend a load of money there when it was a primary store but since they have made it into an outlet the clothes look like a jumble sale collection...where you can spend hours in there looking through all the overfilled and messed up isles and unco-ordinated items...It's a great shame as this was the only GOOD store left in the Town.

    At Marks and Spencer Factory Outlet I experienced good customer service and very friendly staff. Clean floors and fitting rooms. Good lighting. Displays seemed dated and looked cheap. Slightly overfilled. Nothing fitted in together. Stock didn't compliment each other in my opinion.
