    My goods were dispatched as promised within 7 days as stated on site... It didnt turn up so phoned em customer services was great ... Item didnt arrive by royal mail ..waited 15 workin days as royal mail said .. they resent the order and guess what .... i recieved new one within 4 days and then 3 months later my first lot turned up stamped from 3 months ago ..... So dont go hard on em Thanks Net Pet .

    bought a spray collar for my dog as i needed to stop him barking, was recommended by a friend to buy from netpetshop. ordered monday and delivered wednesday, on dog on wednesday and he's stopped barking, its a miracle. thanks netpetshop will be back for more

    I read the reviews here after I had ordered my dogs coat!!!to say I was worried is an understatement!!! After 9 days had passed with "not shipped" on my order status on netpet shop site I rang yesterday..couldn't get through in the morning but in the afternoon spoke to a very nice woman who assured me my order would be posted there and then..It arrived this morning and I am very pleased with the coat it is exactly as advertised and good quality and lovely....

    Looks a great website and prices very reasonable but after paying, one item arrived and was a completely different item to the picture on the website and a month later still waiting for the other two items and a refund for the first item. Will never buy from there again or recommend it to anyone.

    We ordered some Visiglo pet collars on 28/9....they said delivery within 1-2 days. Got confirmation of order straightaway. To date..order still not recieved. Have emailed - no response. Rang the company who tell me that all customer service agents are off with swine flu and there is no one that can help me!! Said they have someone in answering emails today so hopefully I should get a response. Makes me very suspicious of this company however and I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing!

    Slightly apprehensive after reading other reviews.
    Order over the net was on a next day basis; day one computer systems down; day two cage supplier had a scheduled power cut. On day three order was despatched as promised for next day delivery & it happened. Delighted with product & verbal communication from Net Pet Shop.

    Ordered item which was not dispatched for 2 weeks. Order cancelled by telephone then 2 weeks later item was dispatched. Delivery rejected and 4 weeks later still waiting for refund.

    Don't go near Net Pet Shop (I wonder how they get over 99% positive reviews on eBay???)

    Net Pet Shops advertise good prices, but don't expect to actually receive the goods. I had to email them and question the status of the order. Eventually they sent the following:

    "We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to fulfil your order. We sell items over multiple sales channels such as eBay, our website (www.netpetshop.co.uk) and Amazon and on rare occasions we are unable to supply an item due to insufficient stock.     I ordered items on 09/08/09 from this company and they have still not arrived. I have contatced the company who have said that it is Royal Mails fault but they could not give a refund until 15 working days after they dispatched the items. So, no items arrived and they wont give me my money back! They seemed to be the cheapest but i would have rather have paid more and acually received something!

    Net Pet Shop said fast delivery, and it was. It came the following day, very impressed. Would shop there again. I have not unpacked it yet so do not know what condition of the goods are, but if condition is bad I will come back and do another write up. But I am not expecting them to be bad.

    Absolutely disgusted on how I got treat with net pet shop ordered nearly £200 worth of items delivery nearly 2 weeks late with half of the items I ordered and been charged for missing and the items that had been delivered got here in a complete mess I was disgusted i Ring them up spoke to a women who said I had to return the items my self for a refund ( me paying p&p back ) all I can say is thank god for PayPal who gave me my money back and made net pet shop collect the items.     Within 24 hours of placing my order with Net Pet Shop the goods have been received.
    As an impatient person I was very impressed with the speed of service and comunication. I received an e-mail to confirm the order before I'd even shut down the web page, a second e-mail to confirm that the item had been despatched that night and a third e-mail to give an update on the delivery progress. This last e-mail provided a link to the courier's tracking site and I could see that my item was delivered just ...

    I ordered a Hamster cage and ball on the 08/06/09 for my Son's Birthday on the 13/06/09 and am still waiting to receive the items on 27/06/09. I emailed and spoke to staff at the store about the delivery time and was assured that the cage would be despatched on the 15/06/09 - still waiting.     Avoid Net Pet Shop at all costs. They promise 'fast delivery' within 2-3 days and a tracking number so that you can trace your parcel - but give you neither. I ordered several items for 'fast delivery'waited over a week before contacting them and asked

    Ordered a large sack of dog food plus cat carrier and book ,total £54.54.Was given a tracking number for parcelforce which didn't work and I kept thinking the courier was the problem.     Ordered goods for the dog from Net Pet Shop, again promised delivery of goods not in stock, waited another week when the other product then became out of stock. Had to wait almost a week for a refund. I emailed them to complain and still not heard anything. I would never use this company again. I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering !

    Ordered a couple of things through Net Pet Shop for my puppy, and chose a Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. They appeared to be the cheapest upon a Google search (although only slightly) and on their website claimed "Fast delivery on everything" with everything meant to be despatched the same day (Mon-Fri) provided it is ordered before 2PM. I kept checking the status of the items for the next few days and it just said "Not Yet Shipped". After receiving no notification / emails from Customer Support ...
