“No order received”

I ordered a heat lamp for my tortoise, received an email to say it would not be dispatched straight away, but guaranteed it would be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. I tried to contact the company twice via email, to no avail, luckily I purchased the item using paypal, and they were able to sort out my dispute and reimburse me fully. Thank goodness for paypal! “not staffs fault”

I see all bad reviews , and you are blaming bad customer service, it is not the staffs fault that this company has gone bust in the current recession, place a claim with paypal or with your credit card company, if you have noticed all products have been removed off the site so this should tell you something , again do not blame the staff it is not there fault. It isn't our fault as customers that this has happened either, and we have to bare the brunt of it. Having not received the goods we good people have placed, money has been taken. And yes we can try and claim the money back, but this is at our expense, not theirs. The site should not still be alive, running and still taking people's orders! Someone has to be blamed and it certainly shouldn't be any of us unfortuante customers!

“Terrible service.”

I am 16 years of age a brought a hamster cage for my little sister. I ended up spending over £35 on this website and got a email saying it had been dispatched. I never received the product and now 3 weeks on i have come to terms with it not showing up. I am very angry about this and i have wrote to them emailed them and phoned them. No reply on any. I too have been waiting for an order since the 14th Feb. I have now raised a disputed payment with Halifax as they are running down their stocks but still seem to be trading but obviously taking money nowing they will not be supplying. (read more)

“Two weeks, three emails, two telephone calls”

I ordered the items needed to mean the childrens' hamster cage on 14 th february. No arrival a week later I sent an email asking for information, particularly as I had not had the promised dispatch email. No reply. It is now two weeks after ordering, three email later, calls on three different days (no answer during advertised opening hours). I shall start fraudulent transaction proceedings with Paypal and order elsewhere. (read more)

“Shoddy Customer Service - no response to 5 emails!”

“Still waiting,no response”

I ordered a basking bulb and a cat collar tag back in January, all items arrived promptly and were great. I placed and another order (bulb and locusts) on the 9th feb, I am still waiting for these. I have tried ringing but no answer and have emailed but no response to these either. It sounds like the company has gone into liquidation as there website currently has no stock due to 'updating' Its a shame as had no problems first time round. (read more)

“Rubbish Service! 2wks later still waiting for the...”

I placed an order for puppy training pads on the 11th February 2012, received an email confirming my order which was to be delivered within 2-3 days. We are now on the 24th February 2012 and I still have not received my goods. Everytime I have rang it goes onto the answerphone saying their offices are now closed and what the opening hours our, it doesn't matter what time of day you call, you will get the answerphone I have sent quite a few emails and again have had no reply back to them. ... I also placed an order on the 11th Februrary, see my review further up from these title '2wks later I am still waiting, rubbish service'. I am going to make a phone call to trading standards tomorrow to see if they are able to get the web site closed down. I will keep you posted as to how I get on. I know it doesn't help us to get our money back, but if we can stop what has happened to us happening again, at least we have achieved something.

Have used this website twice now, having given them the benefit of the doubt the first time ... never again. Half the products on their website are out of stock, this is also the case for items ordered. Both times my order has been delivered in several parts meaning multiple trips to the sorting office to collect them. My last order, placed a month ago, has still not arrived in full. Ordered a cat carrier for a rescue cat. Ordered on the 9th of Feb, received email confirming dispatch on the 10th. There has been no delivery. I have emailed eight times and telephoned them but cannot get through. Where on earth is it then? I paid for first class delivery too!! I am the same. I ordered €90 worth of dog supplies. Got email to say order was placed and would be dispatched. They also took full payment.

I have sent several emails, fax etc and tried to phone time daily.

Does anyone know if they are still trading. I'm concerend my money is gone and I will not receive my products.

Extremely rude not to give your customers some sort of explanation.

Todate I have not received my items. I have sent several emails and faxes. I have also tried to contact them by phone, but they are not answering their phone.

Does anyone know what is going on?????

I mean they don't have any sort of message on their phone or website advising of any issues.

I am extremely angry at how they are dealing with this issue. If you take someones money you should at least have the courtesy to give them some sort of explanation.

I would appreciate if anyone gets an update on this situation.

Absolutely appalling company and i will never ever use them again or recommend them to anyone. Placed an order, a week later the order still hadnt been despatched and nobody had contacted me to say about any delays. Then hopefully Trading Standards will close the site down.

I ordered a Scruffs dog bed from net pet shop and they were advertising free delivery on google shopping. When you get to their website and order the product you have to pay for shipping.
