    Good Points: Nicely presented food at reasonable prices.


    Bad Points: I experienced very slow service.


    General comments: A dozen of us visited Lemon Grass Vietnamese restaurant on a Tuesday evening. Apart from us there only appeared to be another three people in the restaurant yet the service seemed really slow. The waitress insisted on taking orders for starters, then main courses then drinks all separately and only four at a time which the kitchen started preparing before she took the next four orders. Hence some of our group had finished their meal before some of us had been served! Rather than let us order drinks whilst perusing the menu she didn't take drink orders until we had ordered our main course. Luckily there were free prawn crackers on the table to keep us from starvation! We had intended to order desserts but they didn't ask if we wanted to do so and we thought we'd be there until closing time so got the bill and went to Wetherspoons round the corner for pudding instead! Tuesday and Wednesday evenings it's 3 main courses for the price of 2 so good value and the dishes were nicely presented. I'd recommend Lemon Grass.
