My wife contacted Blair Endersby in order to obtain advice in elation to reducing our monthly payments. Following a telephone interview she was advised to apply for an IVA. We were advised that this was the best way to go about managing our monthly outgoings. Up until this point we had a full credit rating and, although money was tight each month, we had never defaulted on any payments in our lives. The IVA was granted and we were informed that we would be paying a nominal fee per month. This was great, however, Blair Endersby put a clause on the agreement stating that, should, in the unlikely event, the financial situation of the country be in dire straits, and the full amount owed not be met, then the property would be repossessed in order to meet the final settlement. Also, at no point during the process were we told that, although the IVA is supposed to be an alternative to to bankruptcy, we would actually be classed as bankrupt and would not be able to get bank accounts at any banks in the future. This would also remain on our record for upto 5 years. Blair Endersby are misleading and underhanded. They have no regard for people and are only out to make money.

I was put forward by Baines and Ernest (their assistant company) for iva, before i made any payment i was told they can put me for a iva with Blair Endersby Limited their assistant company they think i have a verry good chance of being accepted by my creditors. When i spoke to Blair Endersby Limited they took all my detail and said to make the payment to baines and ernest.
