    Good Points: There aren't any


    Bad Points: No statements sent out so you don't know how much you are being charged or how much you've consumed unless you keep checking the meter.


    General comments: If you're with Ebico like me, please be very careful if you have either gas or electric pre payment meters my electric meter has consumed £2205 since March the 5th 2008 now I've got to spend hours trying to get them to reimburse me! Seems that they have overcharged me by some £1000 + can't get through to speak on phone, arranged date for meter exchange- did not turn up!

    I checked the rates my meter was charging, and also that of my neighbour. Both of us were being overcharged. Spent hours and hours on phone to report fault, they sent new key to correct, but it didn't work, back on the phone, hours on end, sending an engineer out 4 weeks time.How they get a top rating for customer service is a mystery to me.

    After switching my gas and electricity supply to Ebico, at their advertised rates of 3.77p for gas and 12.01 for electricity, I waited for my handover date which was 01/10/08.
    The date came and I put in the gas and electric prepayment token and card as I was told.
    To my surprise, the rates on the gas meter changes to the southern rate of 5.52p instead of 3.77p

    3 weeks later and over 20 phone calls later they changed the tariff via electronic message, to 3.77 for a day and then for some reasons ...
