    Good Points: none i hate them!


    Bad Points: you get about the same channels as free view the only difference is virgin 1


    General comments: Virgin Media have provided my services (tv ,phone and broadband) for my previous address so when i moved they made me sign a new contract then a few months in to my new contract they took away one of my on demand services saying they made a mistake and it wasn't supposed to be on my service even though it was provided at my previous address and was the only reason i took the service in my new one now i'm stuck with a service i hate for the rest of the year and their prices never turn out as cheap as advertised cause the phone bills come out stupid for me never using my phone my bill ends up costing more than the rest of my services. sky's full package would be cheaper.

    excellent catch up on TV feature
    Using the menu on the cableTVbox - is not intuitive and I am endlessly left with some on-screen display on my tv which is worse if I have recorded a programme on my SEPARATE DVD recorder.
    All this for £21/month excluding phone calls from Virgin. I am fussy and cannot fault the picture quality. In 14 months I have not had a single reason to complain. I am in Plymouth. ...
