A bizarre and poor service. The Conduit 118 848 people who answer sound like they're from the American South, and barely have an understanding of UK accents. I don't have a broad accent, but when I ask for a number for 'Brampton'... they say 'what, Bradford'... then you spell it for them, and they say 'Brighton', you spell it again, then they say 'Branton', at which point you wish you'd logged onto the net and searched the number instead.
Frustrating, irritating, and I wonder if it's a deliberate policy to extend the length of the call and the cost. A poor service and not one I'd recommend.
