    Good Points: Excellent food.
    Very good service.
    Comfy lounge.
    Great lunch menu.
    Great location.
    Nice decor throughout.


    Bad Points: Our room was more like a single with a double bed in it.


    General comments: Booked the Mercure Castle Hotel as it had good reviews. If we had not had such an awful journey on the M25 and been tired and hungry, I probably would have asked foe a better room as ours was in the new part of the hotel and was very small and dark as the window view of the car park was blocked by a tree! (The lesser of two evils!). I am sure that they would have changed the room as we found during our stay that the staff were very helpful and professional.
    The breakfast was very good; hot and plentiful buffet.
    The lunch menu was varied and our lunches were very good.
    We dined in the restaurant one evening and although the menu was limited, the quality was excellent; 2 AA star award winning restaurant , so we were delighted.
    Would definately recommend.
