    Good Points: Text size was good to read through tears.


    Bad Points: Opened the flood gates.


    General comments: On the death of a daughter, or indeed anyone close, there are often comments made, because people 'don't know what to say' and so say the first thing that comes into their head - usually crass, sometimes insensitive, often maddening. Gloria, sadly, has "been there" she knows what to say, and more important, what not to say. Thank you for sharing Gloria, it has made me able to make the next move.
