The selection of glasses are amazing and always in fashion. Staff are friendly to help and know exactly where to direct you for your perfect choice. My glasses were ordered on Wednesday and came on the Friday, even during the busy Christmas period. A definite recommendation! (read more)

“Fantastic service by my opticians in nottingham”

I had been having loads of problems with my contact lenses i was getting from Boots. They could sort out the problem despite them trying 4 times. I thought Ill try another opticians and I walked into Optique vision in nottingham and explained my problems. The optician there saw me straight away and prescribed some new contact lenses. I have always found it really difficult to find the right pair of glasses; my previous opticians didn't have a great choice so I always felt like I was forced to opt for a reasonable frame rather than something that really suited me. The selection of glasses available at Optique showed me that you can find a frame that looks as natural on as off! Thank you Optique, great range & really helpful service! (read more)

Bought spectacles from the Derby Westfield Branch. These people will happily take your money but don't want to know when things go wrong. The staff were both rude and unhelpful. I would urge anyone who is thinking of spending their hard earned cash to go elsewhere. (read more)

Glasses take an age to be delivered. No communication received. When rang when due told might be in next day. Then told will be another week, waited 10 days to be told "might be in tomorrow", only to again not arrive. Best to purchase cheaper from their WEBSITE directly and save paying extra for slow service. Their suppliers let them down, and therfore the end customer is left to be inconvenienced. Optique Vision last promised call back not received. ( AND No glasses received !! - given up... (read more)

Optique Vision is possibly the best opticians I have been to. The service was excellent and selection of frames fantastic. My glasses were ready next day, which is amazing as all other opticians I've been to take weeks.

If you live in Nottingham I would definitely recommend paying them a visit before you go else where. (read more)
